Let customers edit, swap items, or cancel orders self-serve to reduce support tickets.
CartMend lets customers edit their orders self-serve before fulfillment begins. Shoppers can update shipping addresses, change item variants or quantities, and cancel orders directly from their order confirmation email or Thank You page. Merchants maintain complete control with customizable editing time windows and restriction rules. When an edit changes the order total, CartMend automatically collects additional payments or issues refunds, keeping inventory and financial records synchronized.
Every number on this page comes from public storefront scans and the public Shopify App Store listing. If Shoplist shows CartMend on a store, it is there.
