Mia with Trendsi was so quick to help and gave me clear answers to my questions!! As a newbie to shopify, I had a lot of questions that were answered promptly and in a simple manner.

Only 4 starts because I haven't had a chance to use the app yet, but had some questions and Czar from customer service was super helpful!

Just talked to Chette and she was friendly and so much help and assisted me very quickly. Loving the app and products already!

Probably will be leaving Trendsi. This is a dropshipping company using dropshipping to receive their items and with this process I can't give my customers what I promise. I take pride in servicing my customers in the time I promised them and Trendsi can't do this for my company. Also, there is little diversity with their models. One African American model, One Asian model, haven't seen any Latina models and a host of caucasian models. This is very difficult to allow my customers to know who I am and who I represent. I love diversity and would rather a company that takes pride in it as well. Trendsi does not. I emailed them regarding this and their response was their models are in rotation. Makes zero sense. I do love their merchandise but their shipping and diversity issues out-weighs everything else. I truly hope they fix these issues.

I did dropship with Aliexpress before this. but when I see Trendsi world changed for me. so friendly and easy to use platform with perfect support services. I had some questions about my setting in Trendsi and Lorie solve all of my problems within 5 mins with cleared explanation. recommend them 100%

I was having issues with connecting my store and had the pleasure chatting with chette! she was very helpful. With her help, I was able to connect my store. Thanks again, Chette! My interaction with Trendsi's customer support was exceptional, specifically with a representative named Czarina, who was diligent, patient, and extremely helpful. I had an issue with a package that hadn't arrived on time due to an incorrect address and shipping confusion. Despite the complexity of the situation, Czarina was able to navigate it with professionalism and grace. The communication was clear and timely, with Czarina taking the time to understand the issue and providing me with accurate information regarding the status of my package. She guided me through the steps to resolve the issue, even going so far as to recommend contacting USPS directly for the most up-to-date information on the package. When the issue of overnight shipping arose, she was forthcoming about the policy, and went out of her way to clarify the terms and conditions associated with overseas orders. I found this transparency refreshing and it enhanced my trust in Trendsi as a company. Moreover, when it was found that there was indeed a mistake on their part, Czarina promptly offered a refund and store credit, showcasing the company's dedication to customer satisfaction. This willingness to acknowledge and correct errors is a testament to Trendsi's commitment to quality service. I'd like to extend my gratitude towards Czarina, who turned a potentially frustrating situation into a positive customer service experience. Her empathy, politeness, and proactive problem-solving approach were commendable, and I'm more than happy to leave this positive feedback. Overall, I highly recommend Trendsi not only for their excellent products but also for their outstanding customer service. I was very happy with trendsi at first, I am a men's clothing and jewelry storeowner, and loved their selection (although pretty small) up until all of a sudden they removed their ENTIRE men's selection. I am really hoping they add them back as I already have made ads and have used many of their products in my store.

Trendsi is a good platform for fashion dropshipping. Even a fresher like me also able to do my job smoothly because of their customer support. especially the person named "Mia" helped me a lot on my concern.

I do not recommend. There is no one to call for assistance. Material is cheap, sizing is horrible. I had to pay $22 to return. Majority of models are Caucasian. With plus size having only one African American model. Shipping is very long, it takes over 10 days to receive. I am writing this so that others are aware of all of the hurdles you will be forced to overcome with an intent to land sales. Not worth your time. Let me add that I am having to pay $26 to restock horrible quality clothing and sizes that are not at all to scale. This $26 is in addition to the $22 for shipping it back. Total rip-off. This is how they make their money.

I would definitely recommend Trendi!! Mia was so helpful and gave exceptional customer service! She was very quick to answer all my questions and assist me with my needs. I also love the products. Trendsi drop shipping has changed the game for me! I am thrilled to have found them!

A quick review after my conversations with Allan and Gretle from Trendsi Customer Support. It's not the first time I have had questions and I must say that the customer support is always fast and very very helpful.

I Had An Amazing Experience with Trendsi ! , I had the pleasure of having "Anya" help me with the entire process of taking care of my first order . she was quite fast at responding & completed my first order in no time . So far my experience with Trendsi has been pleasant i have had no issues .
