I love using Trendsi! They have made everything so easy and their products are great. Any time I have had any questions Raymart, Chette & Czar have been so wonderful and so helpful with walking me through everything step by step. Excellence customer service!

I am new to Dropshipping, I didn't have a clue. I couldn't figure out why my item did not ship. I contact customer service and had the pleasure of chatting with Gretle. She was amazing. She was very patient and kind. I am pleased with this first-time experience. We need more "Gretle" in the world. She was able to walk me through the steps to get my order paid for and start the shipping process. Thanks, Gretle!!!!

Mia was literally so great, she helped me placing my first order and explained it so well! She saved me so much time and stress, she went above and beyond :) 10/10, would 100% feel confident speaking to her regarding any technical issues or concerns :)

So far i enjoy the app it's so much easier to upload my items to shopify , and when i had a issue getting the store and app connected Angelo was very helpful in fixing my issue and walking me through it

Raymart was my customer support agent for today and he was absolutely the best agent I have dealt with. He is very respectable and friendly. He deserves 5 stars

I have been mad at Trendsi twice today. 1st because they texted me and I no longer had the app installed. I had removed it because I sell geeky women things and generally they don't carry that kind of apparel. But they said they had a Barbie Malibu dreams collection. I couldn't find it and was mad all over and I guess mad that it wasn't actually Barbie but Barbie themed. All of that is moot as what I did see I loved and they have added some tees to their site that I CAN sell. So I grabbed a few. They responded to my questions in a kind manner (though I was a bit short, but not on purpose, I got a call just as I was typing, hit send too soon). My only real complaint is that they need to make it exceedingly clear that you can install and use Trendsi without a subscription. You only pay when your customer orders. with that in mind, I'm thinking of starting a secondary store, with all the fashion deliciousness I see. Their process of importing to your store is the best I've seen on SHopify so far. Very clean and streamlined. Good app for those wanting to give Shein a run for their money.

I am rather knew to the dropshipping! I had a few questions that I was unsure of and needed to speak with someone from Trendsi in order to get the information correct that I needed. I was able to have the pleasure of speaking with Raymart who was able to help answer my questions! I am excited to see how Trendsi will work with me!

I love this app.. Raymart and Angleo have been amazing.. Angelo was so patient with me. Walked me through uploading a document I needed to get into Trendsi. Raymart equally amazing.. Thanks for always helping me.. Glad to have this chat feature available and not have to wait for 24-48 hours for a response.. Best app so far I have found on the app store.. so glad I came across it.. Customer service is great..

Love Trendsi! They've been great to work with, especially Czar who's helped to answer questions as I was getting started. The site is easy to use and has lots of great products.

Need assistance with setting up my shipping and delivery and Anya was very patient with me. Anya was able to solve my concerns in a very efficient time. Thanks Anya for your excellent service

All right, i just started using this app and of course i had a lot of questions, lucky for me they have people like Anya that help a lot and know what to do, their customer care attention is awesome.

I’ve loved my experience with Trendsi so far! The app is incredibly user friendly and so easy to navigate! They offer a wide selection of styles and price points. I haven’t had any overselling issues like with some dropshippers. Today, Mia was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to a small issue I was having. They resolved the problem quickly and myself, and most importantly my customer were happy with it!!

The support is 5 star (Gretle, Mia, Lhirose, and Raymart) and have always had all the answers to my questions, and have helped out a TON. Why not 5 stars? I think there needs to be adjustments to their collections (seeing new imported products before sending to Shopify on the Collections list), or the ability send a new collections from Trendsi to Shopify, and the collection is created in Shopify

Allan was super helpful and went above and beyond. can't ask for more than that. He was very knowledgeable and willing to help.

Just started drop shipping and couldn't figure out how to add the location to be able to ship to my customers. Angelo was great and helped me out. This program seems like it's going to be great for business. I am in love with this so far!

Angelo helped me navigate getting my account set up. I've used Trendsi exclusively in the past, but when I put my shop on hiatus, I couldn't get it to reconnect. He helped me super efficiently and was kind, quick, and responsive. 10/10 recommend the app AND Angelo!

I have tried a lot of boutique suppliers, and Trendsi by FAR is the BEST out there! Huge assortment of products, always adding new items, quality is great, and support is top notch! I had an issue with a shopify test order that actually went through, and Chette was able to cancel it in just a few minutes and resolve my worries! Very polite, fast, knowledgable and courteous. I HIGHLY recommend trendsi.
