I had questions about Trendsi before moving forward. I contacted support and spoke with Ramart who was very patient and professional. He explained the process very clearly. On a seperate occasion I was experiencing difficulty connecting the Trendsi app to my Shopify store. I contacted support and spoke with Gretle who was very helpful. She walked me through the process, and helped me figure out that I needed to uninstall the app then re-install it. Now it works and I am very happy. Gretle was really amazing and very knowledgeable. I appreciate all the Trendsi support. Great customer service A+++

I had a support chat today with Angelo - he was helpful. One thing Iike about Trendsi is that most of the items for womens retail that I upload are easy because I don't have to write a description BUT the big plus over this to FashionGo is the sizing measurements. I upload more items with Trendsi than I do with FashionGo for this reason. I also love the video's - they're awesome for us small businesswomen.
