I'm just getting started with drop shipping and have a lot of dumb questions, but Mia from Trendsi support staff was very friendly and helpful. She was able to answer my questions and assure me I'm moving in the right direction with my Shopify Store.

I had a specific question about a collection of products that wasn't included in the descriptions (UV rating of sunglasses), and spoke with Anya on the chat. She didn't have that information on hand, but found out and followed up via email with me. Great customer service and much appreciated!

Lorie was very helpful in clarifying Trendsi policy. I love the app and the items.Great quality but the return window is really short compare to the online fashion market wish it was for more longer days since it takes people time to decide to stay with an item or not.

I placed an order for my customer on 4/1/23 along with several additional orders of the sale Sling bag. Checked a few days later to see that it was delayed. I got worried and reached and was assured that they were processing and received tracking for all three orders. I check again today 4/10, for an update to send customers and see the later shipments were processed and the first still stating processing. I reached out to customer service again and after a long wait was told that the order failed inspection twice, so they canceled it. I received no notification, but they say they sent it. I sent a screenshot of all Trendsi emails. They did not help by giving expedited shipping to help my boutique reputation, just said to reorder or issue your customer a refund. I will be removing all items that have to be shipped from overseas from my website to assure my boutiques reputation of quality products and prompt shipping.

I highly recommend this dropshipping app/company! First, the customer service is nice, professional, fast, and efficient. I just worked with Allan and it was a great experience! Within seconds he had my answer. Also, the products this company offers are so very nice, with a great variety to choose from! The ease of getting these products in my store is also a wonderful experience ... and it's fast! And finally, knowing I never have to track inventory is an amazing thing! I'm so excited about finding this dropshipping company! ---------- Because there's no option to leave a second review, I wanted to update my previous review to add/ something. I worked with Angelo today on a situation I needed help with. He did an excellent job! He was kind, fast and professional! This company is a "breath of fresh air" to work with!
