SO FAR Trendsi customer service response for easy questions via chat, I will give 5 stars. As I AM establishing my business/brand to provide Excellence to my clients. I AM keeping my fingers-crossed and hope Trendsi will provide stellar service when it comes to quality, shipping and on-time deliver for orders to my clients... here's to HOPING for EXCELLENCE from Trendsi.

Trendsi makes it easy for you! They have great selections and the shipping to our customers are timely! The quality of the product is tops and Gretle the customer service rep was extremely helpful!

We recently added Trendsi to our store. We noticed right way it was easy to navigate, manage, add or remove items as needed. We just got our first order and the fulfillment process was very smooth. One of the variants wasn't in stock and we contacted Trendsi support via chat. Mary responded very promptly and answered all our questions. She was very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. That experience was certainly reassuring that we made the right choice with Trensi. Thank you, Mary! We had to contact Trensi again with some questions about how to handle items that were out of stock at the time the order was placed. Gretle answered them and was very helpful. It was just another nice experience working with Trensi.

My SIL and I are just now starting our shop together, we found trendsi and are excited to see how well it works for us! I got some samples in and the quality is great! I had a question about shipping and Czar was assigned to assist me. Czar helped me resolve my inquiry fast!

Overall, I like the selection of products and that the descriptions are website ready, so import is easy. However, I am having issues with ordering samples. When items are ordered through my shopify, they seem to arrive in a fairly timely manner, but when I ordered samples directly from them, they are taking a lot longer to ship. I've contacted customer service too many times at this point and they can't seem to tell me when my order will be delivered. Moral of the story, order through your site and pay yourself, they don't take as much care with sample ordering it seems.
