The customer service of Trendsi is quick to respond and very helpful. Anya was very helpful and helped answered all the questions regarding DropShip Orders in a quick time.

So far, I'm really impressed with the integration. As a new business, and with my first couple orders now coming in, the process has been smooth. Reaching out to customer service via their chat is always fast. Just spoke Anya to get an update on an order and she was great. I would like to build a lasting relationship with Trendsi and explore incorporating white label branding with them as I grow. Hoping they take their business to this next level. I've noticed a few competitors offering this service where they tag white label with my brand, so looking for them to catch up to that. For now, I'm sticking with Trendsi and recommend them to anyone in the fashion dropshipping business.

I am new to drop shipping and so far, this has been the easiest to use. I have my first site running (www.habiliment.shop) with a range of items. Once I received my first order, Maria was super helpful ensuring that the brand would be translated with packaging. Also, customer service was helpful in walking me through my first order. Hopefully there is a long term business relationship starting.

I have had nothing short of a wonderful experience using Trendsi. Lots if selection, super simple process adding products and processing orders. Allan and Raymart were extremely helpful and prompt answering my question through support!

Allan from Trendsi is awesome. I started off with a couple quick questions that soon turned in to 27 emails. I kept have more questions about shipping the fees how customers get their shipping information just to name a few. He answered all my questions within minutes and had the exact information I needed to proceed with my store. If I ever need any other help from Trendsi I'll definitely ask for him

I was having some issues setting up shipping on my Shopify account to link with Trendsi until Raymart helped me out. He did such a great job explaining, I felt compelled to write a review. Raymart made the process easy, giving me screenshots with arrows which explained exactly what to do. I feel more confident now with the shipping set up all thanks to him. My store is now ready for customers.

I was initially hesitant to rely on dropshipping to fulfill my clothing boutique orders, but Trendsi has definitely allayed my fears! The speed of shipping has exceeded my expectations. More than that though, I have received immediate assistance, even after hours, from their helpful staff. For example, I had an order come through tonight (Saturday at 9:15pm). I emailed to fix an address issue and Gretle responded within minutes. Kudos to the entire staff! If you’re thinking of giving dropshipping a go, this is the app you need!

My experience has been great! Customer service has been great as well. Gretle was very kind and answered my questions in a timely manner.

So far, working with Trendsi to sell items on my shopify store has been really great. It's super easy to use, and the options are amazing! As I am still new to this- I had some questions, and used Trendsi chat support. I spoke with Raymart who was EXTREMELY helpful and had my questions answered in a matter of seconds.
