BY FAR the best dropshipping experience on the web. Trendsi not only has fantastic product imaging, a consistent drop schedule and personalized branded packaging, but their support team is amazing. I interact regularly with their support people and they are always quick, kind and extremely helpful which is not the case with most retailers! Special kudos to Dave for always answering my odd and specific questions SO QUICKLY so I can get back to selling! Love Trendsi!

I was having some issues today with my TikTok Shop. Being pretty new to ecomm, I jumped the gun a bit and thought, since Trensdi has been amazing integrating into my Shopify store that everything would integrate the same with my TT Shop. I quickly learned after an order was placed that wasn't so much the case. I hit the chat button in a panic thinking I wouldn't get a response; Being after business hours. Maria quickly picked up the chat. She was such a breath of fresh air, helping me understand better and walking me through what I needed to do on my TT Shop. She also sent me some pointers on what to do when I get orders through there instead of my Shopify site. She truly saved my day. Kudos to Maria!!!

I was having an issue with my customer not being about to check out due to the shipping address. I spoke with Maria and she helped me get it all worked out. She was great to talk with and very patient with me as I am new and I am still learning the ins and outs of Trendsi! Have had this app for about 4 months now and so far I love it. I had just a general question about one of my orders and the chat box made getting the answer very easy. Mia helped me, she responded within seconds and was very friendly and helpful!

We have been using Trendsi since around February 2023 -- The customer service is absolutely amazing!!! Integration and editing is so easy -- it's the best way to offer dropshipping! The product quality is great and our customers are happy with the shipping times. Our customers also love that we are able to offer HUNDREDS of more options for reasonable prices. Customer service rep Gretle was such a great help to us when we needed it!! 10/10 definitely satisfied with her customer service, knowledge, and willingness to help resolve our issue.

I just started a dropshipping store and I needed some assistance with general questions regarding trendsi return policy and procedure. I just wanted to be familiar with the process in case i needed to process a return in the future. Gretle was incredible! very knowledgeable, her guidance has helped me tremendously.

Easy integration into Shopify. Great customer support. Lorie was exceptional and promptly answered my questions.

I got a little confused on my first attempt to add an item and Gretle was awesome and patient. She walked me through my kinks and this is the best option for me and my busy schedule.

Do not use them. They are terrible at processing and shipping. Customer ordered 1 item and it was still processing after 2 weeks. They claimed it didn't pass quality inspection 3 times and that was the reason for the delay. They lie just so you don't ask them to cancel the order. If you want to have to do multiple refunds, use them, If not DO NOT USE THEM.

Blown away by how streamlined this provider is! Amazing customer service, Gretle will save your day! Such a breeze, user friendly, Im sure their will be many success stories from this provider. I wish everyone whos starting a shop good luck, if your reading about Trendsi youve already got amazing luck!
