I definitely recommend this app. Their customer service is top tier. I spoke with Gretle tonight and oh my God was she amazing! She was a God sent from heaven. She answered all my questions and guided me every step of the way, she even assisted me with things that wasn't required. If I could give a hundred stars I would and it's all thanks to Gretle. I definitely recommend using Trendsi and if you so happen to need support, I hope you speak with Gretle. P.s just don't give her a hard time lol a little kindness goes a long way! Oh, did I mention the support team is here to help 24/7! I had a few questions and Maria helped me out a lot. I only gave 3 stars on the app only because the label process isn't ready so I can't select or brand products I'd like to sell. So, I can't rate the quality or performance of the app. The customer service was great though, 5 stars.

Fantastic Customer Service I recently contacted Customer Service by chat and was connected with Lorie, who was extremely helpful. Answered all my questions with patience and truly seemed to want to help. I contacted support again since I am new to this I had questions and Mary was able to help me understand the process. She was very helpful and polite. Thank you Mary! Third time is a charm when I contacted support with a question on a recent order and was able to connect with Gretle who was extremely helpful. They were super nice and I felt they were truly concerned about my customers order and wanted to help, After a brief hold Gretle was back in the chat with me to update me on the status of the order. So far my experience has been great-- I am brand new to all of this, and Trendsi has been by far the easiest integration with my Shopify store. Czar was super helpful (and patient and knowledgeable) when I needed to reach out to support in the chat! I had a million questions, and she was able to respond quickly and actually answer what I was asking in simple terms that I was able to understand. Awesome/definitely recommend!
