I spent many hours reviewing dropship suppliers before finalling choosing Trendsi for my store and so far I'm glad I did. I've just begun adding trendsi products to my store so I haven't had a lot of time working with the app personally. I would like to add a shout out to Chette with Trensi support though who did a great job (on a Saturday) personally answering my questions about how to include video clips in my store. This was my first experience asking Trendsi for support and I wasn't dissappointed. Thanks again Chette !

I am just starting my dropshipping business with Trendsi. I have had to contact customer support a few times with my questions and someone always gets back to me on chat very quickly. Yesterday I needed help getting my shipping set up in Shopify and Dave from Trendsi went above and beyond to help me out. It's scary to do it by yourself and the support you get from Trendsi makes it so much easier and you don't feel so alone!

The Trendsi customer support is helpful and responds quickly. Anya helped resolve my concern within the hour. My experience has been great so far.

So far Trendsi has been AMAZING. I have spoken to several reps at this company and all have been wonderful, especially Raymart. The helpful tips and suggestions to better my experience has made all the difference. I haven't had to wait more than 30 min for an email reply yet. This kind of customer service is unheard of in today's world. They deserve 5 Stars across the board in all areas, especially syncing to my Shopify account. It is the easiest process out of all the other dropshippers I have used. I do hope in the near future they add more product's to their accessory area as well as SHOES! Not much of a selection on either and that would be a major plus for my business because I like to stick with 1 company instead of going with several people. I cannot wait to see how far I go in the online boutique industry using Trendsi.

I was having multiple questions with regards to shipping rates, zones, origin and its setup. Chette has been super prompt explaining all of my questions in detail. She even guided me through setup. She was very friendly, helpful and patient with everything I needed help with.

I have had Trendsi for a while now and I love how easy it is to import products as well as the customer service. The products are stylish and I love that some of the products have videos, you can see the style and stretch of the clothing. I had a quick question for customer service and spoke with Dave, while Trendsi did not have the specific function I wanted, he could find me a workaround and save me a little time. Trendsi is excellent for new businesses. I look forward to launching soon.

This App is amazing! For this being my first time dropshipping I didn't know where to start. My agent Mia had helped me a whole lot. Every question I've had she's answered and never leaves me waiting for a response. She answers in a very quick time frame 2-3 minutes max time I've ever waited for a reply. We know how important time is when you have a business. But overall the clothes are amazing and the customer service is great.
