Trendsi is great! I love the variety and that I can choose specific vendors I know and trust. Any issues I have are solved immediately! Chette helped me this afternoon when my Shopify somehow became disconnected and I could not get it working again. She was able to connect it within 5 mins and we're back in business <3 thank you so much Chette for your help! You're the best!

Great app, reliable, easy to install and manage. Used it for a quite some time and no issues whatsoever. I had chats with Chette and Angelo lately, also a couple other members of the team in the past and I always get fast, accurate and friendly CS.

I had an issue with tiktok sending an encrypted name and address to my store and Maria answered my question within minutes and help me get the address fix. I am still waiting on Tiktok. Best and fastest support i have ever gotten from a company.

I haven't started using this app because I had so many questions even after going through their websites frequently asked questions, so I contacted support and spoke with Raymart and he was very helpful and answered all my questions! Trendsi is very helpful application for fashion dropshipping. Their customer support is fast and efficient. I have several iteration with them, and Czar left excellent impression. Today I have an interaction with Dave, he is so kind, helpful and professional.

So disappointed. Trendsi may have nice clothes, HOWEVER, I didn't know some of my products in my store are from China, which means, whenever China goes on a holiday, the "Shipping Delay" dates will pop up in your store for your customers to see. Trendsi needs to fix this problem. I have removed the tags and they still keep popping up. I have worked with several Trendsi reps and none of them were able to help. I will be looking for another wholesaler. Very disappointing!
