Still early in the game for me but customer support is excellent thus far i.e. timely & helpful - a big shout out to Allan! I will be sure to follow up with another review as I have opportunity to assess other aspects of Trendsi.

I thought the drop-shipping process would be problematic especially when it comes to following up on my customers orders. The Customer Service I received from Gretle to my surprise was phenomenal. She promptly answered all my questions regarding the customer order and when should they expect to received their order.

They are truly the best, they respond quick when you have a problem and really give a lot of efforts to resolve the solution. I had a beautiful encounter with Czarina and she was super helpful!

This app is great! And the customer service is fantastic. It is very responsive. Czar helped me today -she is very knowledgeable. I have always gotten great help from Trendsi whenever i need it - almost immediately.

I'm new to Trendsi- with dropshipping... So I had a few hiccups, or problems and reached out to chat support. When I tell you Mia the chat support person walked me through everything I needed... She did exactly that and more! She assured me that I was on the right path, and checked my orders for me as well. I appreciate her going over and beyond, and not just the "general" chat answers!!! Raymart (chat assistant) was very helpful in getting me the information I needed about when my products would ship. He also provided me with additional information so I know when my customers should expect their dropshipped items in the future. Thank you for your quick and courteous customer service!

Trendsi's customer service is wonderful. Mia was very responsive and quick with her answers, even when it's a small simple question.

Starting my dropshipping journey with Trendsi has been seamingless easy. Despite initial worries I am pleased with their user friendly platform. Adding products effortlessly has been a breeze. Trendsi truly simplifies the process. I needed answers where Chette addressed all my concerns. Very happy to incorporate Trendsi into my store.

I just had my first experience with Trendsi customer service via their online chat feature and I was SUPER impressed! They responded almost immediately and Gretle walked me through all my questions and gave me great insight into things I didn't know. Trendsi is one of the best dropshipping apps ive tried. Their customer service is the best!!! Anya helped me to correct and update my info, she was very helpful . So far I am super happy with Trendsi. They get the job done any issues they are ready to respond and fix the problem.

Thank you Anya for helping us patiently through the on-boarding process. Much Appreciated. One suggestion would be if Shipping Profiles in Shopify could be created automatically. Also, if Trendsi could publish a master list of product tags, it would be very helpful.
