I love Trendsi so far and everything I have ordered has been great quality and TTS but I am most impressed with the customer service I just received from Raymart! He answered all of my questions and was so nice about it and so willing to help! I fully believe that customer service will make or break a company and for people like me who HATE reaching out to anyone for help, he made it the most pleasant experience and now i'm not so nervous to reach back out for help!

I started using Trendsi about 2 months ago. I have been very pleased with how easy it has been to share products to my Shopify store and the selection of both missy/jr & plus sizing. Today I had a question about a drop ship order and used the chat feature on Trendsi. It was very easy and Mia was extremely timely and helpful. She answered all my questions about tracking a specific order. Great service by Mia!

Trendsi has amazing products, trendy yet classy. Clear beautiful product images, products are easy to upload to shopify store, with auto upates, and inventory sync. Orders placed in shopify can be instantly sent to Trendsi for processing, and Trendsi will update shipping info with my customers through shopify. Live online customer support is 24/7, fast responding and helpful. Allan, Chette and other representatives answered my questions and solved my issues every time i contacted them. They are fantastic!

I am new to Shopify and Trendsi, but I am so interested in getting my store off the ground and functioning smoothly for my clients...and me. Ha Ha Ha Anyway, I just wanted to write a good note for one of my Managers, Raymart. I was having difficulty altering some product pricing, which I had already pushed to my store. I had a chat with Raymart and within a few seconds, he provided me a solution that saved me from having to remove and re-push to my store via using a bulk edit in the Shopify Admin. How great that was and it saved me hours of work too. Anyway, thank you again Raymart and I hope other shop owners have similar customer service experiences, while working with Trendsi.

I had a question about terms of use for Trendsi’s product photos/videos. Chette answered my question & sent me the terms and use link as well. She also answered me after I accidentally closed our chat dialogue box. Chette was also kind and cheerful! Thank you!!!

6/8 I am a boutique that has just began to use drop shipping. I had several questions regarding setup. I cannot say enough about customer service! I had Thom as a representative. All of my questions were answered thoroughly, and I feel reassured that I am making the right decision using Trendsi as my main drop shipping company! 6/27 After a month of beginning drop shipping, this is the best decision I have made with my company. I contacted customer service to inquire about shipping of an order yesterday. I spoke with Gretl who was fantastic! All questions answered and excellent customer service!

Every time I have a question, Trendsi support is always well knowledgeable. When I have questions a little more detailed and the support is not sure, they are fairly quick to get me an answer via email so that I can continue on with growing and making my business more user friendly. Tonight I had a rather simple question and Allen was able to answer my question professionally and quick. If you are starting out and you are not sure what you are doing they are a great resource, does not matter if you think it may be a silly question. They will provide you with an answer and help walk you through completing that task.

I have only used Trendsi for a short period of time and love it so far! I had some questions and decided to use the in-app chat support and Allan responded FAST. Expect polite and helpful customer service. The media quality is another great perk. I have had issues with other apps in the past getting clear, quality media to import. Pictures and videos are awesome and cover all the angles a customer would want to see. Overall love it so far and can't wait to see how it performs with more sales volume!

This app works great for dropshipping start-offs and the simple Ui makes it great for users to nevigate throughout the app. Also Gretle -Customer Service was very kind and quick at solving my problems during store set up.
