I love Trendsi! The fashion is always on trend and ALWAYS new and exciting! Customer Service Assistants Mia, Allan & Gretle, along with others, are always very professional, kind and thorough in assisting anything I need - and no long waits like other chats! They are available 24/7 and very responsive at any time of the day. I would (and have) recommend Trendsi for dropshipping anytime! Trendsi is a company I admire and have watched develope tremendously since I joined. Good on you Trendsi - Keep going strong!

I just found out about Trendsi and spoke to Allan and he was awesome! Answered all my questions clearly, very professional! Thank you Allan! Today 06/25/2023 contacted Trendsi and got Anya, I couldn't understand why I kept getting error "Page Unresponsive", but it only happened on Trendsi website, but Anya was very professional, extremely patient trying to figure out why this kept happening. I started getting very upset, because I finally found a platform where customers don't have to wait "Forever" to receive their products and now I'm experiencing issues omg, but Anya continued to be professional and extremely patient. To make long story short, I figured out it was my browser, although Anya kept telling me and leading toward the browser it just would not register. After further troubleshooting it was extensions I had on my browser! I contacted Trendsi and got lucky to get Anya again, I got the opportunity to apologize to Anya for kept asking to speak with someone other than Anya and as from the start Anya still professional and patient. Thank you Anya for be available when I really needed assistance! I am grateful! Thank you!

I am a new boutique owner and so far my experience with Trendsi has been wonderful! It’s so easy to add products from Trendsi to your Shopify store. My first order process was a little confusing so I chatted with Trendsi rep Anya and she was so helpful providing the information I needed to clarify the process for me. Overall a great experience so far!!

Just open an account with Trendsi and I had a few questions and doubts. I used their chat box in which Czar helped me. She answer all questions that I had and was very helpful and kind. Hopefully, it will be a good experience!

I am not new to Shopify but new to Trendsi. I felt in love with their products, photo styling and, wide variety of colors and sizing. It took a little while to efficiently add items to my store by making smaller and item specific collections before sending it over to my store. I am still very early in the process and my store has ben open less than a week. There is one issue that is concerning and I'm currently navigating through. If you would like to sell using Google or Amazon, there is necessary product information that Trendsi does not provide which have proved to be quite frustrating at the moment. There is a solution, but it's just one more thing to list of things you have to do to for your store to be successful. I will say that Gretle was a great help in helping me sort out this issue. I am also a little concerned about shipping and hope these issues have been addressed from the other sellers' complaints. Aside from that, I'm excited to see what happens.

I am a completely new user of Shopify & Trendsi. I received 5 orders in the first 2 days of launching my website. I had a lot of questions regarding "Fulfillment" and "Delay Processing". Anya from customer service helped me so much! She was Awesome! She was very helpful and very patient. I learned new things :) I found Trendsi on social media and knew I wanted to work with them. Dropshipping is definitely the way to go. I hope to continue to grow and learn more about the process. I've looked through a lot of sites to find my supplier and I hope no one finds this place cause I want it ALL TO MYSELF! Chette was a huge help and answered all of my dumb questions with patience, kindness, and was very informative. if you don't use this app, fine by me cause this is untapped gold!

Jenny was so helpful when I could not get my collections to populate to add new items to. She was able to troubleshoot somethings & walk me through how to fix it so that I could continue to stop my boutique with Trendsi products! Had another issue & Chette was able to walk me through it, then was able to help me with 3 different issues after, all within under an hour. If I had to figure it out on my own, it would of taken me days! Thanks so much for quick- helpful assistance!

Chette was great! First Trendsi order in the books and was unsure on some of the processing. Had a few things I didn't finish setting up and was able to get that completed and confirm order was there and ready to go!
