Geweldig. Elke keer als ik een vraag heb word ik snel geholpen en is het probleem vrijwel altijd binnen enkele minuten opgelost. Ik ben gewend aan de support van Lightspeed (een andere SAAS-platform) waar de service ronduit waardeloos is t.o.v. Shopify en haar partners. Ik zal meer tijd gaan steken in Shopify.

App is working well, there are some other apps where the customisation would be also needed but otherwise this solution have helped a lot to translate from ENG to local language. We chose the premium plan according to our needs. Customer support is also super helpful and friendly. I would like to mention the speed, how someone is always available and helping out quickly!

I am so unsatisfied with that app it's unbelievable! Bugs everywhere, not syncing and and and. I am not getting how 5000 people gave 5 stars when it should be 0. I am already searching for an alternative because that app is horrible! There is literally a bug everywhere! There is no AI behind it because the translations to German is worse than a 3 year old kid could do it. I've contacted the support now 100 times the last year and the bugs showing up again and again.
