Definitely recommend! I was a little sceptical in the beginning as it isn't necessarily a cheap option as most users who look to get this app would like more than 2 languages. But I was glad that I decided to do it the customer service was very good and they were able to change certain things for me that I didn't know how to do as I was new to the app. All in all, it is a good app and if you are looking to translate your store this is worth the price!

The app is far better than the Shopify Translate & Adapt App. Better translation in general and more options for manual interference to adjust translations to your preference and great customer support. I had a translation mistake on my homepage with Shopify's translate App and it was not possible to fix it, not even with Shopify Support. After that I switched to this App and I am satisfied thus far.

I needed support to solve a technical issue and was supported by Giselle. She did an excellent job by immediately diving into it and staying with it!! Responded fast and professional. Consulted with the TECH department and came up with the solution. Friendly, patience and professional. I am very pleased with her assistance.!

So i am using Transcy 2-3 weeks now and i have to say, its amazing. not just the app but also all the people working there are doing an amazing job! i will use it for sure further on and upgrade my licensing. thanks to all of the employees, you guys are amazing!

Not the best app out there but customer service is always here to help so that is a big plus. It just takes time to set up and is too expensive for the services it provides (automatic translations are not good so you most likely will have to translate a lot of the website yourself or using a translator)

THIS IS THE WORST APP EVER!!! The currency does not work on the cart page!!!! I contacted them and stated the issue very clearly and even sent the image to them. The support team is not reading my message at all and wasted 2 hours looking for something else. I kept sending them where the issue is, but AGAIN they ignored my message. After 5 hours later, they said it is the Shopify payment issue for the currency not displayed on the CHECKOUT PAGE which I never said its on the checkout page!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now all currencies do not work at all including the languages. THIS APP IS JUST LIKE JOKES, THE SUPPORT TEAM IGNORES YOUR FEEDBACK AND ONLY WASTED YOUR TIME UPDATE------ They will change your settings and hide the selector without your permission UPDATE 0624 AGAIN They understood my request incorrectly and changed your app setting without your permission.

後台客服處理速度快，發現問題克服會直接幫忙處理。 不過有時候，後台的程式loading會卡住，導致要微調一些工具的時候會需要一直重新整理。開啟其他app並不會有這樣的問題，希望可以再更改一下後台loading速度。
