I wish there were at least the option of 5 languages for free. However I will try to make it work for as long as I can.

We currently use this app to convert our store currency from GBP to USD in order for us to sell internationally. We've tried a few different apps (even Shopify's own Geolocation) and Transcy is by far the best. We encountered a small technical issue however their support was fantastic and in particular 'Muffin' was superb, going above and beyond to help us resolve the issue - thanks so much.

Well designed and easy to implement. I added a second language to my site within less than 10 minutes. The translation quality is very good.

Very helpful! Love the fact that you can have a small plan for free (having 2 languages is very important for me, but I don't have the budget of a big enterprise). The only thing is that the system is a little slow (it doesn't seem to slow down my shop - it's actually slow when I need to translate my stuff...). But otherwise, the support staff is super efficent and quite sweet.

I like customer support. They even speak and type your language for the support. They helped me with my custom changes for the language switching board.

they provide Chinese traditional language but the translation is totally wrong and they didn't have the Chinese Hong Kong Icon and wording. the staff should have more training before the start with their work. instead of checking he only said "unfortunately" and this guy is work in CS team. thanks to Raymond to lost 1 customer

I tried this app cause this has the best feedback among other currency exchange apps. no comments about the translation part but I am really surprise about their customer service. they really help me even if it's a minor problem. so 5star for the customer service! on top of that it has free plan so this is great

This app helped my with my issues and also gave me support for free. Only thing missing is the ability to send order confirmations depending on language.

I am grateful for the live chat help and I am please with the app performance. I would only suggest a 6 month free trial for new stores so we can really see the value added and be more established before taking on an extra monthly cost.
