I love this app! And great customer service! I highly recommend this app. It does exactly what I need it to do I did had troubles at the start but the customer service really help it get it working.

Great service. Probably the only app that allows you to translante and change the currency of your store.

This APP is great, easy to operate and set up, and if there is a problem, the customer service will send me a message immediately. It is great!

Useless. It drained all my words by translating english to english. Also ongoing translation was not able to be cancelled. No warning that only 3% of the website was going to be translated (We accidentaly chose a category og 67.000 pages and was not able to stop it. We spoke to support and they stopped replying. Also, the support was calling me "Dear" all the time, who does that? Wasted 40 USD.

Right after I downloaded the app, a customer service rep named Lisa contacted me right away to help me get everything set up correctly. Lisa responded to all my questions very quickly, and before I knew it, my store was fully available in 2 languages and multiple currencies.

It's very cool application with supper support:D P.S. I advise everyone! The app automatically translates the text on your site. If you find an error in the automatic translation, then you can correct it manually through the application in one minute. Technical support will help you do it 24/7

The app has a user friendly frontend. Great agents supports. Unfortunately the app does not let you chose what pages do you want to translate when you are in the onboarding process.

Very bad user navigation, I get a lot problems with my store translation. The user interface don't scrolling down its very lag. I want to cancel my subscription but i don't see in any where to cancel, it this is another fall.I uninstall my app, but the company charge my the middle plan price ($17.90). When I reinstall my app to see if its work better, the app say that I need to pay the same tariff again. I WANT MY MONEY BACK !!!!!!

verry good support, and good translations, Greek language could be better but still... good translations, I would like to have the possibility to add manual translation
