Customer support is great, helped me setting up the app and resolving all the bugs! Also the translation quality is better than another app I used and it was way easier and faster to translate everything. I still need to evaluate how this app will affect my conversion rate

I believed them but the package I had blew up by itself, it wasn't me who canceled it and I didn't realize it, because everything seemed to be working. I contacted them a few times and your agents did not tell me that the problems were related to the basic plan. And as luck would have it, the package I had was increased. I don't like the dishonest process, you no longer deserve the 5 stars I gave.

This app is just what I needed to translate my store, which is actually built with a third-party app, and it did the job perfectly! Loved the advanced options that come with the basic plan alone. And most importantly, the customer service is impeccable. Karina was very patient and helpful, delivering prompt and beneficial assistance. Thanks!

The "attention required" flag is for apps that need technical attention. Transcy uses this alert to push sales, which is really shady and inappropriate.

Had a technical error that required some help from their team and not only were they right on it, but they even helped remove some old code from the theme that was causing the app to malfunction. After Cris and the tech team got on it, it was fixed in a matter of hours! The team is super kind and helpful and I was glad they extended help beyond the functionality of the app to get it to perform the way I wanted. Thanks so much, Transcy! We will continue to use you across multiple of our Shopify stores :)
