2023 Update: Stamped used to have great support. They have completely dropped the ball now. I've been dealing with a simple issue for 2 months now and explained it to three separate people and have been passed to a different person every time to start the process over again. There is no communication between different departments. It seems like they have outsourced support but I don't know for sure. The prices have also increased dramatically over the past 2 years while service has decreased. Unless you need NPS reviews there is a much better alternative out there that gives you waaaaaay better value for money now. You can Judge my opinion for yourself.

Easily the best support you will find in apps. All emails were responded within 24 hours and they take care of your problems and make it work for u. I've started getting many reviews. I'm on the premium plan and think the pricing is reasonable for the amount of orders I have (compared with other review apps). Fast forward a few years on, I've still asked for support once in a while and each time the support team have managed to solve my issues and I appreciate their help and will continue to be a loyal customer.

I've been using this app for a while now and am so delighted at the ease of use and how fantastically responsive and helpful their support is! If everything works, it works well. If it doesn't work -- you can expect a 3 to 5 day turnaround for technical support. I'm transitioning my 2 business accounts to another company. This will be a net loss of $125 for Stamped.io

I need to change my review and say that this company is so big that is unbelievable that they don't have chat support or telephone support for urgent issues. I had a big urgent problem with customers getting 10x more points than they should and it was impossible to contact any support and had to wait for them to get back to me by mail. I will change my review when they update and add a telephone number to support or add a live chat. This company is too big not to have it.

Stamped reviews has been an awesome addition to our site. Everything displays nicely and I'm enjoying using the apps and customizations available with our Shopify 2.0 theme. Stamped 'support' is the worst. Do NOT waste your money on this app. I am paying $600/mo for the Professional plan. There is a permissions bug that their support team cannot figure out, and instead of helping, they simply ignore open tickets. New tickets are responded to, but then I am ghosted again. For this premium price, you would expect reliable support. I am going to uninstall.
