Great customer service! Very helpful tool for our website and the reviews have helped our store tremendously!

So far so good! I needed a good app to show reviews on my website. Luckily they have a free version to start off with. Ran into a few difficulties and customer service helped me through them quickly

Terrible experience with this app and its developers! I've been having issues across all stores First, when I downloaded and PAID for a plan the app glitched and then would not let me use the features I just paid for?! You would think after downloading the app and then paying for a plan without a trial you can use it and its features right away?? Second, the app has major bugs and technical issues and would not appear properly on the store. When I contacted support for all these issues it took going back and forth with them for 2 WEEKS which is very counterproductive while trying to run a business. 2 weeks later they seemed to have fixed the issues but it was already too late. Please save yourself the headache and get another app.

Fast and punctual, customer service solved a problem with the code. I suggest to use this app cause it's very easy to use

I have tried 3 other Review apps. This is one is by far the best one I found to be. The user interface is well designed and easy to understand. The app integrates very well with the store, and has lots of customizing enabling you to display the reviews to match your brand. Their customer support is amazing! They are professional and helpful, and quick reply!

This is a great app. But a great app has little value without great support. We have used Stamped Product Reviews for a couple of months, and get excellent product support every time we have questions about the use, or need to do adjustments for our web store. Update: Still have quality customer support. The app was slowing down and Arjun fixed it without any further questions. I don't understand all the negative comments on this app. It can be buggy, but be patient and ask for assistance and in the end it works great!... -- Amazing customer support, needed help and the fixed it twice for me. The customer service is top notch! Anytime you have a question the team is responsive and works hard to get to the ideal solution for any issue you are having. Stamped is hands down better than any other Reviews/Loyalty app.

I got some problems when I changed the theme. The support responded almost immediately and solved all my problems in a few days. They were patient with me even though I emailed at least four times, checking that their changes worked. Super support even though I have a free plan! They even work on a Sunday! I think the app works well and is easy to use.

My biggest mistake was choosing this app. I tried to customize the reviews widget and it wouldn't change absolutely anything. But the worst part is definitely the customer service because they take 30+ hours to reply. I have used more than 8 reviews app before and I've never seen customer support taking so long to reply to a simple question

The most features for your money, especially at the introductory tiers. Beyond the features, the Customer Support is impeccable. The response time is fast and the answers are quality. They'll work with you until the issue is resolved and also take the time to make sure you understand the features.

The platform is easy to use, and the support from the customer service representative has always been reasonably fast and efficient.

Love this reviews app. Been using it for years now. Great support, lots of features. Really recommend :)

2023 Update: Stamped used to have great support. They have completely dropped the ball now. I've been dealing with a simple issue for 2 months now and explained it to three separate people and have been passed to a different person every time to start the process over again. There is no communication between different departments. It seems like they have outsourced support but I don't know for sure. The prices have also increased dramatically over the past 2 years while service has decreased. Unless you need NPS reviews there is a much better alternative out there that gives you waaaaaay better value for money now. You can Judge my opinion for yourself.

Great app that supports product reviews and our rewards program. Rewards could have better insights built in.
