Fantastic Review App! The Stamped integrates very well with the website, and is great for building trust and driving repeat purchases. On a side note, support is absolutely phenomenal in helping with any issues that come up.

Been using this app for years and for different websites, reliable and all the features you need! A no-brainer for any Shopify store ;)

I have been using this app for the past few quarters relying on a narrow set of features by design. The functionality is simple, direct, and exactly what I wanted for my shop. Customization to meet the look and feel I required was intuitive and easy for a non-tech user, and support has been excellent.

Update 11/2/2022 - Loved Stamped before, but it's been having a lot of issues lately. The reviews are not loading properly. The app is very slow. Very disappointed with this app recently. We've been loyal for 3 years, but it may be time to switch to a better app. This app is wonderful. First of all, you get a really amazing support as you transition to their app. They respond really quickly to my questions/emails. They installed the app on our site and they even took out the old widget. Even before signing on as an enterprise user, they offered to migrate our old reviews to the new one. Love the interface and how you can customize everything. They have really amazing tools and features. Just loving everything about this review app. It's so easy and even if you can't do it yourself, you have a team that you can count on to help you solve any problems. I definitely recommend this app, whether you're a small business or a big company. Update 8/14/2019 - Still loving the app and customer service. The Instagram Feature is so easy to use and install to my site. Stamped.io truly has one of the best customer support out there. We needed some technical work completed with the app and moving the star section around to a different portion of a page and Stamped, although it took about a week, completely the task flawlessly.

Easy to use and give reviews. Perfect for increasing sales. Highly recommend. Customer service is also very fast and works out very well.

Love this app. Easily lets me import reviews from Etsy which is super important for me since my review numbers are super high there.

I have been using Stamped for over a year. It's been very easy to operate and extremely helpful in generating customers review. Also, the support team is helpful and very responsive and assisted our team several times with different requests. I'll keep using Stamped and I highly recommend it.

The app works well and is easy to maintain and configure. More importantly, the support is outstanding. No matter what app you decide to use, you will have questions or experience an issue. This team reacts to every question with a sense of urgency. They are great!

Great option for reviews. Not 100% sure on referrals, but fantastic reviews option and good customer services.

I am giving this 2 stars for the following reasons 1. Support is terrible. It takes 24 hours for a response, then if you need to respond to their response it takes another 24 hours. The support staff is unhelpful and doesn't think beyond what is written to what the problem can be. 2. I also recently added stamped reviews because of the bundling cost savings...big mistake. It took 3 weeks to import from my other platform. I had to send them updated exports. Their "easy importer' does not work! I kept getting errors despite doing it EXACTLY as they document. I sent it to them to do ... 3 weeks later...the points are imported. I had to go back through transactions while waiting to ensure point values were correct, which they weren't. The UX also doesn't display points unless you click on each individual profile. The UX loads slowly so it's torture working in the app also. I'm not saying don't use them...but ugh the onboarding has left such a bad taste in my mouth.

We had a problem with different number of reviews within the Stamped app and our Shopify page. Niran at Stamped fixed the problem very swiftly. Really great customer service!

This app is not bad, however, it is riddled with WAY too many options and is unorganized (not great UI). The help button from within the app does not work. It is also annoying to see UPGRADE all the time, everywhere. Would prefer something much more minimalistic and straightforward, not needing to hunt around everywhere for a million options. UPDATE: Pretty good support from Arjun, decided to upgrade this review.

Very nice customer service. I recently had a problem with reviews not appearing on the product page in real time, and the customer service center was quick to help resolve the problem, I truly appreciate.

New reviews started disappearing and review count was not showing correctly. I contacted customer support, they helped me right away. They gave me very clear instructions. Not being tech savy, I couldn't figure out the simple instructions so I contacted them again. AND THEY DID IT FOR ME! Reviews are now showing up correctly. Happy customer by far!

Excellent app. Great customer support and very fast response time. There is tons of room for customizing the display to fit your needs.
