I had an issue with the metafields of Stamped on my store. and Arjun from customer support was fantastic and fixed it.

Good customer service helped quickly and efficiently. Also good features in the app like verified reviews and customization features.

Stamped has been a reliable partner in our reviews for 5 years. I finally purchased the $150/month subscription to one of our shops, to push reviews to Google. Works well!

We have been working with the app for years now and still happy. We currently only using it for the product reviews and the app is easy to work with and very user friendly. Most important, as I am a sucker for service, their customer service is great. The response time is super fast and very helpful.

I received excellent help today from Ben and I am so grateful as the app is working nicely now. Thank you!! I am disappointed. As others say, the support response is very slow or nonexistent. I hesitate to upgrade my plan when they are not helping me or responding. ETA: Seems like another app left stuff behind that made a mess. I will update further if I get this resolved and installed.

Overall I love it. I mainly used the custom reviews. It was simple and easy to add reviews I had previously from customers. And their image reviews look great. I needed personalized customization on how one widget looked. Arjun was great and put effort to get me the results I wanted. It was like having your in-house dev. I really appreciate it. But as a caveat, I'm still a newbie and didn't get to use all the features available. What I used was mainly the widgets reviews.

Their customer service is very professional and their response is quite positive. The problem is solved quickly, and one small suggestion is to hope that the uploaded average can be directly changed in the background without the need to upload again.

Excellent reviews app with photos and videos. The loading speed improved greatly with the latest update. Amazing support as well!

I hate to do this, but their customer service takes days to answer, and not that helpful. Perhaps with this review things will be taken seriously? Hopefully :(

If you find aother review app I would install them instead. Support is not good. ZERO clarity. First you have to wait at least a day to respond with a problem VIA EMAIL ONLY, then ITS NOT CLEAR what the solution is when they do respond. Then you have to keep going back and forth waiting at least a day in between to get any clarity on what needs to be done. It doesnt seem like they put themslves in the shoes of their customers. Dealing with them has been really frustrating at this point. There is no live chat and anyone you can interact with directly so if you have a technical error then you have to write an email and wait for an answer which is around a day. Then I have come across having MORE questions after receiving their answer and then wait another day because they are NOT clear at all. THis can go on for days and days. Terrible use of time and completely not efficient. They also don't answer some questions that you may ask even though your business hinges on resolving the technical problem from their app. I still dont have the app working correctly after I just UPGRADED to try some other functions. Its been DAYS and DAYS now and the problem is not fixed and again waiting for their response. In addition if they have site maintenance they DO NOT let their customers know beforehand. Most places send an email out saying we are going to have maintenance on this day. I had to get on the phone with shopify see if there was anything wrong on my end, they have to write a support ticket, reach out to the app..you see where a lot of the issues are. Then I finally heard back they are updating the site and no idea when that will be fixed. Come on. PLEASE COMMUNICATE CLEARLY WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS. Not good customer support at all and you have to wait forever to get resolution.

A great app and their support is fantastic - super-responsive and helpful and will often do the work you would normally have to pay developers for! Highly recommended.

The app does exactly as advertised. Support is very helpful if you have any questions. I can only recommend the app.

App does not work. Everytime I try to connect my shopify store to stamped.io it takes me to error page. Every single time

Frontend is OK, but terrible BACKEND, and customer service is terrible they come with the intention of helping, but they break things even more which causes massive losses on your end.

Stamped is a solid review app. I started using it after an email marketing agency recommended it to me, and I've been using it ever since. I recently switched my theme to Flex, and installing this app on my new theme was simple and straight forward. Customer support is great as well.

Great app, great support. The API integration allows us to create customized apps using the data in JSON format.

My Competitor uses it, so I am going to use it. They have 10000+ monthly sales and their review section looks legit.

It took longer than expected to get up and running. Customer service was difficult to work with and we found the user interface to not be as intuitive as other platforms we have used. Just too many kinks here to really recommend. If our experience changes with time I'll update the review. But for now, we are disappointed with the switch.

I was hoping Stamped Support would be better by now. I've had them for 4 years. I'm on the business plan paying over $200 a month, and it STILL takes days to get simple issues fixed. There is NO live chat, they claim to have 24/7 support, but if you reach out on a Friday, good luck getting anything until Monday. Notice all their 5 star reviews are new customers. They do this on purpose, deliberately asking for a review after completing a support ticket, so you feel like they are amazing! Their app will be the slowest app on your store. You will encounter bugs especially when updating your theme. Customization is not great, even after Shopify Online Store 2.0. I will be moving over to something simpler, faster, and nicer looking soon. I know they won't care because unlike 4 years ago, they are way too big to care anymore.
