Reviews for Stamped Product Reviews & UGC

We had run into a few snags that were created on our end where a previously installed review app was interfering with Stamped, and new reviews weren't being displayed. We turned to the team at Stamped and they were quickly able to resolve the issue for us, saving us quite a deal of frustration. I would highly recommend going with Stamped app for not only their top notch customer service, but also the program features available throughout the app.

Great app, Stamped provides great service, they replay really quick all your enquiries and fix any issues almost immediately.

Great App!! The app is user-friendly and makes the review process seamless for both my customers and myself. I can easily track and manage all of my reviews in one place, and even respond to them to show my appreciation and address any concerns.

Nothing about this app functions properly. I cannot even figure out how to change the product photos.

Updating 5-21-23. Again Stamped came through with correcting an ongoing issue! Their support team is superb! Updating again on 8/13/21. Had an issue and Stamped attended to it quickly. The staff is so helpful! I'm updating this Review as of 1/24/20. I cannot believe how effective Stamped is for getting new reviews! Because of the emails sent to customers--it's been awesome! In a short period of time the number of Reviews have increased very noticeably! Stamped has made a huge difference for Rich Snippets, keeping Google Errors in the remote past, and increased Reviews. What more could you want from one App? I don't even use half of their services--as my shop grows, I'll definitely ramp up to the various services they offer. GREAT VALUE! I was using Shopify Review App--and received 20 Errors from Google recently--and it was all attributed to Shopify's free app. Couldn't get the app Error straightened out so I knew I'd have to change apps--which made me nervous to change horses ! SO HAPPY I DID!! I must say it was a little clumsy to set up--but only because I'm not the most tech savvy person--but Stamped took it upon themselves to export/import existing reviews. And, OH!! Do these reviews look beautiful on the product pages! And the product pages load up SO FAST now! No more what I called the "Review burp" when a product page is loaded. And now, the emails I was sending manually to customers asking for reviews, are automatically done! Wow. This is worth every penny. For those of you hesitating to change Review apps--Go for it. An update as of 12/26/19--Just received notification from Google that all of the errors which were directly caused by Shopify's Review App have been fixed. This is a REALLY positive result of our switch to Stamped. So now we will not lose Rich Snippets which we've worked so hard for and were in danger of losing because of Shopify's flawed Review App. I usually give rave reviews for everything "Shopify", but their Review App stinks--and Shopify is just NOT interested in fixing and it just mystifies me that they just do not care about the potential damage it can cause a store with Google Errors that their Review App generates. Make the switch to Stamped!

We have been looking for a review app for a while and tried some other applications. This one is a really great app with the ability to customise to your liking. The support from the customer service and developers is also quick and super supportive. Easy to use and navigate - highly recommend!

Best thing and really usefull. The foldable design allows it to remain stored most easily when not in use, or you can simply detach the bottom of the dog seat covers for additional room if needed later on!
