UPDATE: STAMPED WILL NOT SEND AN EXPORT OF YOUR REVIEW DATA (including critical data such as review images and video). They will only send partial data which is not portable. MAJOR RED FLAG!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Caution: Stamped app has completely destroyed my Facebook pixel and ruined all optimization within my Facebook Ad Account. For some reason that Stamped cannot explain, they intermittently report purchase events to Facebook when a user loads a product detail page. There are not real purchases, but since they are reported to Facebook, Facebook optimizes ad spend based on these "conversions." Over the past few days, Stamped reported $344B of fake conversions (yes, Billion). That completely overwhelms the YEARS of real data accumulated on my pixel, and my ad account is now worthless and must be abandoned. This has been going on off-and-on for over a year. Multiple times Stamped has told me they fixed the issue, but then it returns. They have stopped responding to me entirely. They will not send me my data so that I can move to another review platform. Stamped is the biggest mistake I have ever made in my decade long journey in e-commerce. Beware.

I used Stamped.io for almost two years (not the 10 months shown due to technical reasons) and in that time the company went from being pretty darn good to pretty darn bad. Maybe it has something to do with the change in ownership, but I finally ditched this company in favour of a different one - for less money too. The deciding factor was page load times. My Reviews page at one point took 40 seconds to load! Across mobile and desktop, there was a real delay in any page that had Stamped code and that's just un-acceptable. The urgent communication with customer service took a day and here was the response: "Apologies for the inconvenience. Regarding the widgets speed issue, the engineering team is working to increase the DB capacity to improve the load speed. Rest assured that we are working to improve the speed issue and there will be a big difference very soon :) Let us know if there are any doubts on this." I had doubts and glad I switched. My page speeds are back to normal.

Excellent support. I was guided step by step in order with videos and several e-mails. Very helpful and professional.

Fantastic Review App! The Stamped integrates very well with the website, and is great for building trust and driving repeat purchases. On a side note, support is absolutely phenomenal in helping with any issues that come up.

Update 11/2/2022 - Loved Stamped before, but it's been having a lot of issues lately. The reviews are not loading properly. The app is very slow. Very disappointed with this app recently. We've been loyal for 3 years, but it may be time to switch to a better app. This app is wonderful. First of all, you get a really amazing support as you transition to their app. They respond really quickly to my questions/emails. They installed the app on our site and they even took out the old widget. Even before signing on as an enterprise user, they offered to migrate our old reviews to the new one. Love the interface and how you can customize everything. They have really amazing tools and features. Just loving everything about this review app. It's so easy and even if you can't do it yourself, you have a team that you can count on to help you solve any problems. I definitely recommend this app, whether you're a small business or a big company. Update 8/14/2019 - Still loving the app and customer service. The Instagram Feature is so easy to use and install to my site. Stamped.io truly has one of the best customer support out there. I have been using this app for the past few quarters relying on a narrow set of features by design. The functionality is simple, direct, and exactly what I wanted for my shop. Customization to meet the look and feel I required was intuitive and easy for a non-tech user, and support has been excellent.

We needed some technical work completed with the app and moving the star section around to a different portion of a page and Stamped, although it took about a week, completely the task flawlessly.

I have been using Stamped for over a year. It's been very easy to operate and extremely helpful in generating customers review. Also, the support team is helpful and very responsive and assisted our team several times with different requests. I'll keep using Stamped and I highly recommend it.
