Great App and amazing service. Tommy is extremely helpful and his team is amazing. We're very excited to start using the new Swell rewards integration to incentivize our customers to leave reviews by rewarding them with reward points. Also, we're very happy that we can let customers sort by review rating in the searchenise search app.

Awesome review add-on! Works exactly as described and the customer service has been great! Not being a developer, it did take about a week to get it set up properly with all of the functionality I was looking for. The support team was there every step of the way through the process. Note they do not seem to be on US time so reply's often come in the late evening. We just moved over to the enterprise version which has helped with SEO significantly. Thanks guys!

Great app, does exactly what you would hope that it would. Really like the ability to see how many emails have gone out, if they've been opened, when they're scheduled etc etc. Good job!

very nice and easy to use app. Was wondering though that once emails have been sent and then moved to archive, I cant seem to send to customer as a reminder again if they haven't reviewed the items they bought.

Great little add on to Products reviews! sending out reminders for customers to review products they have bought. With a few easy setup steps. Schedules the reminders and sends them without you having to send them yourself.

Works like a charm! Integrates with SEO in no time. Encourages customers to leave reviews which is crucial for e-commerce. Extremely fast customer support. Couldn't be happier with this app!

Great app, works well with very little input from my end. The only downfall is: customers using some email platforms cant submit the review directly from their email. Hopefully this issue will be addressed soon.

I have absolutely NO idea what I am doing. With this said, their help center is amazing. Tommy replied to all of my emails promptly and was so patient with my numerous questions. Also, their help topic listing is easy to follow. So far, so good!

The best Reviews app I found sofar! Feature rich with more tweaks and settings than expected from a Reviews app. Give it a try! It's worth it! And the after sales service is AWESOME!!

Great free clean simple review app. Though I get a bit sad when I lose the reviews when a product sells out and discontinues. Would love to keep them in a central area somehow.

This app is fantastic! It has all the functionality of the extremely expensive review apps, at a fraction of the price. On top of that, the customer service is the best I've ever received. 100% recommend this for every store.

Very happy with this product. I would definitely recommend going with the paid version. As soon as we went that route we began receiving multiple reviews per day. Would highly suggest utilizing this great resource!

I really felt how my website rank raised in Google Searches after customers started writing reviews. I personally offered them 10% discount to stimulate them to write and it works pretty well. Conversion is arround 10%, if not higher.

We re-launched our website through Shopify [from another vendor] back in September 2016. During the transition there was a gap in our review collection for our yarn products. We installed Product Reviews Addon from Stamped IO which was absolutely a breeze. We made a couple of template adjustments and voila! We are really seeing results VERY quickly. In 4 months we are now averaging 200 reviews a month from under a 100. I recommend this app highly -- AND the support team is incredibly responsive!
