Nice app to automate the process of sending out review requests in combination with the Shopify Product Reviews app for our store (https://www.KawaiiSquishyStore.com). Easy to install and easy to configure. It's great that the first 50 emails are free. Will definitely think about upgrading to a paid plan.

After doing some studying of it, I felt there are too much potential to gain from this application : it can put the certain highlighted review in any place(including the homepage), it can customize the looking of the review, and push to social media...The response and action time from the supporting team is phenomena ! Great app for getting more reviews! Even the free version allows you to customize emails and look&feel, it's simple to set up and complements the Shopify Product Reviews perfectly.

The free features are great and excellent value to start with. Once your sales pick up then you can upgrade levels later.

This is a very, very good app with fantastic customer support behind it. It comes at a manageable price too so doesn't rule out smaller businesses. Tommy is brilliant with support which gave me a lot of confidence in the product.
