Excellent app and super responsive developer/team. Great to work with. Love it.

If I could choose 10 stars for customer service (above & beyond) I would. I KNOW I drove this guy crazy with an issue I had post installation- but I got patience and a solution to my problem. We wanted our product reviews to be displayed on one single page with the page, "Customer Reviews", to be included in our main navigation menu. Easy enough but the reviews wouldn't display on the specified page. This is the first Shopify app company I have dealt with that, I believe, saw my problem as their own. They emailed back in a timely manner and went above & beyond for me. If this is the customer service I get for a free app, I'm wondering what they do for something that's paid! Thank-you!

The app is very easy to use. LOVE the fact that you can customize the layout of pretty much everything so it goes well with any theme. Support is very responsive and helpful. The only improvement could be the load time. It does take a bit longer to load a page. But other than that, it's a great way to gain reviews.

Love this app, it comes with a lot of customizable features and a sleek and modern look. Offers email to customers( you set when to send it), customer can leave review straight in the email which is great! I also love all the widgets you can install to customize the look of the reviews! Customer service is also top notch and fast! Overall A++++++

Easy to setup my preferences and email settings (took 3 mins).Had several questions that were answered within 10 mins by app staff. Reviewed test emails before sending mass product review emails out (took 30 sec). Sent emails for every order year to date (took 20 mins). Customers were opening at 38% open rate within 1 hour. Seven days worth of work manually, done in under an hour. Very successful addition to my site!

Great product. Wish the pricing was a bit less though. I would only use 1 or 2 additional options and don't want to pay so much per month, but 100% would recommend otherwise.

This app has worked great for us. Our percentage of reviews received has increased. They are continually upgrading the app and just need to add Google Integration.

This app keeps telling me I've reached 50 review request. I delete some of the request and it continues to tell me the same thing.

Here again! as since my 1st review it was realised that I had placed the app in the wrong position and written reviews were pushing content and the price down on each product. Not a problem as Tommy put himself on hand to help. Even though we are still on the free version and therefor wouldn't qualify for hands on assistance. The problem was rectified at their end. Thanks so very much Tommy, if I could rate 10 stars then I would have done!

This app has increased our reviews infinitely. By being able to write a review from their email, customers are now taking a few moments review our products and tell us what they think. These reviews are so valuable to us and we love this app!
