Top notch customer service and product! They were quick to respond (less than 8hrs.) and help me solve an issue I was having. The issue was not a problem with the software, but rather a customization I wanted. Amazed at the support and quality of the plugin thus far. Displaying the product reviews and custom widgets is unique to this app. Nothing else comes close. Check out how I've displayed a side-menu so that customers can have instant access to see my sites reputation. I've only had the app for a day but I'm almost positive it will increase conversions. It was exactly what I was looking for and very similar to Amazon's review system. I also absolutely love that the reviews are stored in the product meta data and load instantly! It always bugged me that reviews were loaded via javascript in other apps. Their implementation for SEO purposes is incredible. I requested for Google to index a certain page on my site before I installed the app and my site came up 4th for a certain key word. After adding the app, I requested for Google to recrawl and reindex it and my site shot up to 2nd for the same keyword, because the reviews and stars were shown on the google results page! Just to make sure I wasn't seeing things, I uninstalled the widget and reindexed on Google and I went back down to 4th! Highly recommend this app and the customer support is also amazing. I have been going back and forth with them since last night and their response time is on average 8 minutes. They always come back with knowledgable information. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS APP.

I think the app feature is great, but customer service takes to long. Turnaround time on emails are almost an entire day. I upgraded my account to premium for the import feature and it did not work. I had to figure out on my own what the problem was and how to fix it because the help section was not useful at all. I would recommend the app for any business owner, but the customer service should be improved.

Inactive support, Apps don't work as advertised, support doesn't acknowledge problem and thus doesn't solve, however they advise to you switch to a plan with higher monthly fee if we want to use bug free APP, fyi, we already already on a paid plan !!

Was previously using Judge.me and decided to switch over. The front end is fantastic but the back end is even better. So much more customizable fields, dynamic coupon feature, various review widgets, and lots more features for a mere $9 increase. The best part was how easy it was to integrate it as they had a on-boarding team to import my reviews from the previous app and integrate it into my system along with my current theme. Definitely recommended product and a must have for all e-commerce stores seeking a review tool

Love this app. I ALWAYS read reviews before I buy ANYTHING....and I mean anything, and your customers are no different. They will buy if other people like or even love what you sell. The Product Review App is easy to use, and absolutely gets results!

Works great! I love this app!! And the customer service from the developer is great as well. Couldn't ask for anything more. (Except that I do think that $12.99/mo. is a bit high for 1st upgraded version. I'd like to see a lower version, for maybe 100 reviews, rather than the 200.)

The add-on is awesome. Out of any of the review tools I use, I get the most responses from this one. You need to get reviews! For the free or low priced version, this tool should be a requirement for your store!

WELL, THIS DID NOT MEET EXPECTATIONS AT ALL. It was installed by a team member without my knowledge. I tried it out and it was immediately uninstalled. I do have a really big issue with this app. I continue to receive unwanted e-mails from them. I spoke to a representative from Stamped.io to unsubscribe me from the list, Amelia Clay, who stated, "We have removed you from any further emails! All the best :)". Immediately within hours after that e-mail, I receive not 1 but 3 more e-mails from them. Not a big deal as I am using a temp e-mail and it all goes straight to spam. But it might be an issue to other store owners. If this does not work for you, be ready to come across this situation like I did. CUSTOMER SUPPORT, USELESS! Just like this APP. Guys, do yourself a favor and stay away..!

great app, best review solution to provide validation to my customers about our products! I have already seen an increase in sales after just one week of it being installed. This is a must have for user generated content. Great support as well for the not so technically savy ;)
