Reviews for Stamped Product Reviews & UGC

We've had a great experience with this app from Stamped.io. Since setting them up, we've received strong reviews from customers after receiving a scheduled review request that automated from the app. We've also encountered a couple of formatting issues with one of the widgets that related to the website template that we've chosen, and Stamped.io was able to immediately help us resolve the issue. I should add that they provided this assistance late in the evening, well past normal working hours. The Stamped.io app achieves great results and the team is accessible, responsive and support their product extremely well. I'd recommend them to anyone. A quick update: we needed some additional quick support with a technical issue with one of the widgets we were using for our reviews page, and Stamped.io was able to help us make the changes we needed very quickly. This team is highly responsive and the support is incredible. I continue to recommend this application and team.

This app is VERY GOOD. I love that you can see who is responding or who had to be "reminded" ha. I love it. Definitely a good app to add on.

Great product as it prompts the customer to give a review and being able to do it right in the email makes it simple and quick for them to do.

Works well and saves time as it's all automated, also does reminders for those customers who don't respond the first time around. Support is good with quick responses when needed.

This app is awesome, and so are the people behind it! Incredible customer service (2 thumbs up there!) But the app is intuitive and easy to set up and use. Automates collecting reviews from customers and so many options to customize this to suit your unique needs. Highly recommend.

Where do I start? Well, I think it was under 3 minutes that i trialled the app and just subscribed to the most expensive plan they had, which isn't expensive. Single handedly the best app I've ever installed. But then there is the support from Tommy. This guy....this guy is a machine. The relentless newbie rubbish I've pounded him with and he's done nothing but smile and fix, in super quick time. i feel like I know the guy. Sounds like I'm being paid the write this review. I'm not. In fact, by nature I'm cynical. The app has so many features it feels like it should cost 10 times the amount. Forget any other reviews app. This is the only one. Outstanding.

Favorite app and the best customer service. I am 100% happy with this app.

Unbelievably good! The app is extremely capable and very well thought out, elegant and simple to use. However, the service and support is *absolutely outstanding* from these guys - like remarkable! Very good app that works tremendously well at prompting users to review our products through our site. In addition, I must say the support from the stamped team was first class; near instant response to e-mails and very helpful. Highly recommended.

This is a great tool for anyone with an e-commerce shop! With so many things to do it's hard to keep track of every customer's order. This add-on can be scheduled to send an email for a review after a chosen time period. You want to make sure your customer has had a chance to use the item in order to review and you won't always have the time to go through your customer list and determine which one should get a request for a review. This cuts out the guess work and handles the emailing as well. I set a time of 2 weeks after purchase to send a request for a review. So far, so good.

Great little app that adds that little bit extra to take reviews to the next level. I love that I can set it up and forget about it, and the widgets are a great feature. All for free!

Great app! The integration with sales flow and social platforms is great as well as the ability to capture customer pictures. Platform is very easy to use and like the ability to just set parameters and let it send invites on a schedule. Customer service team is very responsive and helpful.
