Recommended app to gain social proof, as well as some extra bucks. Price of the app is definitely self covered with the extra sales generated ;)

This is one of the best in terms of ROI thus far. I have managed to set it up and configure in few minutes and the results have been outstanding - I literally get between 15 to 25% of people responding with review. I know our product & customer service important to form this good opinion, however, before it has never been THAT easy to review the product & purchase. Respond directly via email - what can be simpler? Thanks Tommy and the team.

Reviews are a huge part of our business and using this app has allowed us to enhance the review functionality on our site. It has automated our review request process which has increased our reviews significantly and has allowed customers to post photos which makes the reviews even more powerful. This is a must-have app for any store that wants to showcase their customer feedback!

With the basic plan, your customer cannot add photos via email or on review form but you can add direct photos from admin page. Thank you very much !

The App is a very useful for collecting verified customer reviews. It has many useful features for growing your business. The 50 e-mail limit may be difficult for small businesses who cannot afford the monthly payment and want take advantage of the free plan until they grow.

A must have app for any E-commerce website! Highly recommended

We like this app! We have many more reviews since we installed it. Can't go wrong with this one!

This app works really well with Shopify Reviews, my only gripe is that you have to manage the reviews in 2 locations IF you disable auto publishing. It's a little pricier than some other review apps (but you don't mind when it works as described and continues to improve, whjich this does!) but far cheaper than certain other review apps.
