Reviews for Stamped Product Reviews & UGC

It's a great app with some awesome features but if you want to use anything other than the very basics, you're going to have to pay and the pricing is a bit steep ($100/mo for widget 2.0 and the useful features). Just about everything they advertise in the app description is something you need to pay for. Support is also extremely basic. They will reply to your e-mails but usually, when you need help with CSS/JS, they just tell us that we can customize it ourselves or hire a Shopify Expert. Isn't it your job to configure your app for those utilizing it? We use the free version but are looking for a replacement to this and the Shopify reviews app..

The easiest answer to my "customer review follow-up" problems. This is a great add-on app to use to re-capture the customers buying experience and their usage experience.

A great app and a tremendous value to any Shopify store, BIG or small. Integrations with discount codes or loyalty points on top of the automatic review reminder leaves you with one less thing to manage manually.

Every so often I update my reviews for apps. This app is still a no brainer - 5 stars all the way You need this in your shop. The app is constantly improving and the team is very receptive to feedback. Thanks for all you do Stamped Team. This is a fantastic great add-on to product reviews. I migrated from another company so the team set everything up for me. They are extremely fast and have super friendly service. The app is superfast and has so many features. I love that it is my Shopify dashboar and I don't have to log into another website. Did I mention how fast, this thing is? This is really important for your site. I highly recommend you get this app. Free is a no brainer. After you try it out, you will want to upgrade.

This app helped with the interaction and sales of my website as reviews automatically came in. Very easy and useful app! Upon installing this app, Tommy is very attentive and efficient when help is needed. I love the look and usage of this review app. This is a perfect and brilliant app!

I really like this app. It works in sync with Product Reviews. I had some problems with installing some of the widgets, and I contacted the support team for this app. They were very responsive and helped me with some code that was missing from my theme.liquid file. They worked with me until everything showed up in my shop the way I want it. Very pleased!

I love this app. Having reviews for your products is very important for building confidence and trust with your customers especially if you are a new business. And the system works great. They send emails to your customers who made a purchase and they simply write a review. Working great for me so far. Im glad i have this app.

Great App. It makes my day brighter every time I recieve a review. Easy and professional. Few quick?... Can customers add pictures? Also, for some reason some of my order's get "archived" in shopify and then become hidden in this app. Then my customers never get a chance to review. And even their order becomes hidden in the app until it is "unarchived" Not sure why they are randomly being archived and where the issue is. Any ideas would be great. But your app is great and is used everyday by my customers! Thanks so much
