This app is AWESOME!!!!!!! Set up was pretty easy. I did have to communicate with Tommy a couple of times( I'm learning) . He was fast and available. As soon as I had the set up finished the emails started firing out flawlessly, reviews coming in just as fast as they went out. This is a great app for the price. I cant wait to see what feature upgrades bring! Keep up the good work!

they're helping me get my reviews so its only right i leave them one - considering the package i use is free, its really excellent, they answer all my questions, i use some of the widgets, i sent my clients emails, honestly i really like them

Very easy to install and implement

This is the APP you must have. It works nicely with Shopify Reviews and with plenty of options for the FREE version but here is what sets a good app from a great app, the team behind. I've found a small bug on the app on weekend, reported and on same weekend in hours it was fixed, talk about efficiency! 100pts! Keep the good work guys! Alex Arias

This is one of the best in terms of ROI thus far. I have managed to set it up and configure in few minutes and the results have been outstanding - I literally get between 15 to 25% of people responding with review. I know our product & customer service important to form this good opinion, however, before it has never been THAT easy to review the product & purchase. Respond directly via email - what can be simpler? Thanks Tommy and the team.

Reviews are a huge part of our business and using this app has allowed us to enhance the review functionality on our site. It has automated our review request process which has increased our reviews significantly and has allowed customers to post photos which makes the reviews even more powerful. With the basic plan, your customer cannot add photos via email or on review form but you can add direct photos from admin page. Thank you very much !
