Been using this app since 2016. Our loyalty program has become a major part of our company. I highly recommend this app for your loyalty and referral program.

Amazing app. Way better than the other rewards apps out there that I have used or interacted with. Customer service is A+++ and, if you're looking to transition from another Rewards platform, they're super helpful in making the transition super smooth.

I have been using the Smile Rewards app in my shop for several years now and it is worth every penny. My customers LOVE the program and have mentioned repeatedly that it is one of the reasons they keep coming back to my shop. The app is easy to set up and use and any time I have had a minor issue support has always been super helpful (and quick to fix the problem).

i am so lucky to found this apps just in time before i launch my store, its super easy to setup, quick support feedback. Maria is super helpful & i love her! You must try this apps before other loyalty program apps, so far the others are just worst to me.

So far, Smile has been incredible for our company. It's very user- and brand-friendly. I only wish I could snag our customer's birthdays from Smile to integrate into Klaviyo for our email flows!

Smile is easy to use and is user-friendly both on the admin side and the customer side. I would recommend this to anyone setting up a store on Shopify.

Christian has been so helpful. I’ve talked to him twice since I downloaded this app. I asked tons of questions and he was so patient and friendly, it was shocking. Not something I’m used to and that’s a great thing! I would greatly recommend this for any store.

This is truly an AWESOME Review App. I've been using it for over a year. It is terrific for helping us incentivize our customers to be stay onboard with our company using Customer Reward Points. I couldn't imagine running our store without it. But recently I had a problem when I accidentally deleted the app form our store. I reinstalled the app, but in the process we had lost all of our customer points data. I reached out to their support and they were able to send us a CSV backup of our customer file with the points. I simply uploaded the data back into our account and we were back in business. The Smile team were rock-stars helping us sort out the problem. And they sure put a "Smile" back on my face in the process. Highly recommended app for the service it provides and for the excellent support they provide if it's ever needed.

We decided to switch from offering a subscription box as one of our products to a rewards program instead and our customers love it! Smile makes it very easy to implement.

Hands down, best referral app. Great customer support. Very flexible and customizable. The integrations are very useful too.

A BIG BIG thankyou to Joana and Tess from Smile and the whole team! I was having some issues with the popup being a bit cluttered on mobile and also effecting another app. Not only did they log in and fix it, they granted me access to choose what is displayed on Mobile and desktop. Honestly guys couldn't recommend them enough! Great weekend to you all!

A great app in most ways, but with one big flaw. If you're using Recharge for subscriptions, there is no way to make it so that coupons created by Smile work for both one-off and subscription orders. They can only work for one-off orders (unless you're using an older version of ReCharge installed prior to Nov. 1st, 2020). Unfortunately Smile tells me they have no immediate plans to fix this flaw.
