Very good experience so far after about half a year or so. Great experience with Lisa in customer service. Most bang for the buck that I've found.

The programs are easy to set up and work really well! The customer service has been outstanding each time I have needed to reach out! I love that I can manually add points too!

Just installed Smile and my customers in the store are already loving the program. I had a few issues with getting the App installed on the POS terminal and worked with Nicole Miles who showed so much patience in working through the issue with me and helped me resolve the Setup issue to my great satisfaction. Ultimately I received a resolution to my issue, however I was bounced between agents a few times. They all at least seemed looped in, so that was good. One rep disappeared for an hours, and another jumped on only when I sent a new message saying that my agent stopped responding. I’m glad everything was resolved, but it took way too much waiting around. Otherwise liking the app a lot. Thank you.

I've been really enjoying this app so far. I needed support for the first time today and Jade was super friendly and helpful. I got my issue resolved quickly. I love how excited my customers are too about the program!

Slows down my store considerably. My SEO/site manager tells me to remove it every month. Very glitchy, I can barely access the dashboard most days. Disappointing considering the number of good reviews it has. I wouldn't recommend it.

While I don't think we've spent enough time trying to maximize the benefits of this app, it appears that a good number of our customers are using it to their benefit - and hopefully to ours! Excellent customer service from the support team.

Recently added to encourage repeat business. The app features are complex but organized in a seamless dashboard. We appreicate how customer rewards can be modified just as easily as they are added. This is the first app we've found where everything can realistically run on autopilot. Upgrad options are pricey, however the support team is worth it.
