The free plan is amazing - has everything I want! I had some problems adjusting the launcher on mobile, but customer service was extremely helpful. Andreandana is the best!

The integration was easy and seamless and I like that I can add ways for my customers to join. It's a very cool app

Easy to set up and support is amazing! It also integrates with a lot of other apps which was my deciding factor in choosing this app.

First payment tiers are well worth the price. This would be a five star review if I didn't have to get pushed into paying $500/month just to access the API integration. Otherwise this is the best app on the market.

Love love love this app!!! It works great, my customers can see real reviews from other customers. I especially like the fact that I can see the reviews before they are published to verify they are real reviews!

It's really easy to set up and basically the free version is good enough to kickstart for a small store. The support is super, I had an issue with points history and Jade was able to provide the exact solution needed. Thank you for being there!

This is a great app for customer engagement. I was able to trial the Pro Plan and access all the features for 28 days. It has a lot of handy features.

While the reports available in-app are a bit basic, (-1 star) I was able to get the data we wanted from Jade on the support team. We were looking to asses cumulative point earning & redemption by customer (and tier group) which we were able to compile based on the exports she sent us. Thanks again for the help Jade!!

I love this app for gaining customer retention! Customer service is quick and responsive too! Been using it for years and highly recommend it.

We have used Smile for over 2 years now. They have been most supportive and have helped answered all our questions throughout the years. From onboarding us to the odd issues we experienced, Smile was always there to solve them quickly and effectively. Great product that has helped us grown our business and nurture our customers.
