Great product, educational resources and exceptional customer support that make implementing customer rewards a breeze. Looking forward to tracking the success of our program.

This was an incredibly easy app to implement and has really helped give customers an additional reason to keep coming back to our store. Great thing, too, is that customers can earn points with in-store purchases through our POS app suite, so whether online or in-store, customers are earning points! Support has been amazing. Took all of ONE minute for a REAL person to reply to a message to help us with a small issue when we moved our webstore to a new theme. Got it fixed lickity split! (Thanks Christian!) The app is very user-friendly. I've tried probably all the rewards app that there is available and it's the easier to set up with the best customer experience. The only thing that this app doesn't have that others have is the review part but you can always use another app and sync them together (I use judge.me with this app and it works like wonders). CUSTOMER SERVICE is out of this world !

We have been setting up our rewards program and have had a number of questions along the way. The customer service response has been wonderful. Each time, we've sent a chat we have been helped pretty quickly and thoroughly as well. It's made the process of getting ready to launch much more efficient. Kudos to the entire Smile Customer Service team for their support.

We're just started to use the app and upgraded to the $49 per month plan in order to have a bit more control over the look of things. My favorite part yet is how responsive and helpful they are with the online chat.
