Wow, I expected a complex setup process but this was so quick and simple. Literally less than minutes and you have a professional looking rewards program all set up. I love that it gives multiple options for rewards and also grows with your company. I can't wait to see how it helps our store grow!

Seemingly simple to set up but if the shop is already in play and trying to convert from another reward system, this can be very time consuming to manually migrate. Paid for SMB service for phone support but no inbound service is available. Set an appointment for a call and no phone call happened, this is not the way you want to start a paid service. Sweet tooth gets high marks for ease of use from the front of the house and poor marks for service.

Without a doubt, this is one of the most useful apps in the entire app store. It is easy and intuitive for customers to become reward members and cash in their rewards when ready. The dashboard is laid out simply and logically too. I've not found any bugs in the year and a half it's been on our site. How I wish every app was so carefully and logically built. It continues to encourage customers to join and return to build more points. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars. Great job Sweet Tooth team!
