I've been using this reward program. It's been excited to see my customers redeeming the points they had earned to purchase more. This helps our customers to keep coming back! Also great customer service! They response really fast whenever I have questions! Hannah was so helpful and she gave me all the info I needed! Highly recommended!

The app is brilliant and becomes a whole new beast when added a plus store, the customer service provided is second to none, they answer in seconds and go the extra mile to provide support an help. A massive thanks to Joshua who really assisted us when we got stuck

After installation, I reached out to customer service regarding some questions around setup. Not only did I hear back within 5 minutes, but my representative, Joshua, created a video showing me how the program is integrated into my Shopify platform and how the rewards and Shopify accounts are linked. It was great talking to someone immediately and having a personalized explanation to put my mind at ease.

I had issues with the redeeming of points and did not know how to setup the rules so he showed me articles that worked out.

I like that it just kinda does its thing, rewarding my collectors and buyers as they purchase paintings and prints, and allowing them to redeem rewards for gift certificates to spend in the shop. Once it is set up it doesn't need much from me!

Easy for me to set up, a bit harder for the customers to use, but still the best I have found. Support is quick and to the point. :) I would have appreciated a more directly integrated "you have these many points, do you want to use them" rather than going through the process of exchanging points into reward vouchers and then using the code. Many of our older users find this impossibly complicated.

Has been great so far! And support has been fast an easy! Lisa was fast and exceptionally clear in my needed solution. Thank you SMILE!

I will be using this app as the loyalty program on my store. I like how easy it is to set up but I would have loved it if it could integrate with Ali reviews because Alireviews has a lot of functions that other review apps do not have. Joshua was of great assistance. He solved my problem.

We really love the Smile.io. The support is awesome! The UI of the Backend is clean and clear -> easy to set it up!

I'm just getting started with Smile , trying to get a good foundation. Lisa answered my question very quickly and directly. When I asked a follow up that wasn't her area of expertise she quickly referred me to the team that should be able to help.

Customer service is absolutely the worst! They told us to upgrade to 200$ plan to get the features we wanted, then after the upgrade, it turned out the features were only available on the 600$ plan, tried to downgrade literary 3 days later, been back and foward with customer service to get a refund for almost 2 weeks now, they still didn't refund!!! It is not the first time they are being super shady with billing!!!

Smile does a phenomenal job of making it seemless to award customers points/rewards for tasks, using integrations such as Jude.me allows for points to be awarded for reviews, which is exactly what we use the platform for. Big shout of to the wizard himself that is Joshua, what a great guy and brilliant customer service, he deserves a wand upgrade (pay rise) if it was up to me! Cheers Joshua, you took a boring ole' question and turned it into a fun response. Keep up the good work, keep doing you and don't stop! Godspeed brother

Thanks to Joshua for quick and helpful customer service! Had an issue with Referral Codes and he cleared it up for us with a personalized video. Great app 10/10!

If your focusing on your SEO this app has many Javascript issues. With a new site Google page insights was giving me a 38 score. With smile.io being the major contributor. I reach out to support to let them know of the details of the Google issues and the app issues Google was able to provide detailed information about and they immediately brushed it off saying it was not them and instead other apps. I did a support video, recorded it in there help chat with an agent to show them what the code issues where on the mobile and desktop analysis. They knew and didnt care and or denied it was them, despite proof. So I deleted smile.io and my mobile speed score went from 39 to 75 instantly! Load spead it one of the number one areas Google looks at to rank your site high in Google searches and improve users from clicking away. With smile my full load time was 10sec after deleting it it went to 3.5sec. Sad to have deleted it but it was the best for my business to rank on google and measurable improve customer experience. Run your page insights before and after and you'll see the load time drop. Even with disabling the button on mobile. Hope they will finally address there code performance issues, this is a much have for shop owner.

This app is amazing and I am so excited to see the excitement my customers have over our new loyalty program. This app was easy to integrate with Shopify (literally took me 5 minutes).. I had a few questions and customer service went about and beyond!
