I am using the free plan because we are just getting started in our ecommerce journey. Already the app is super easy to navigate, very intuitive and user friendly. I had some questions about where the nudge feature would show up and Nicole was very kind, and answered all of my questions. When I expressed how I was already interested in upgrading to use all the fun features she offered us a free trial for the upgraded version! Now that is some customer service. Made me smile ;-)

One of our customers had trouble logging in and I reached out to Nicole. She was extremely friendly and helpful.

User interface is friendly, easy to use - took a few minutes to set up. Customer service is very responsive and helpful.

I have been very happy with the rewards app, and the customer service is very good too. My customers give me good feedback about it and they enjoy spending their rewards and have started to use the referral scheme too.

Super easy to use and, should you need it, the customer service is amazing!!! I have never been disappointed in a feature and navigating settings is seamless.

Works just as advertised. It is easy to use, customize and navigate. Customers do not seem to have any issues with it either.

Customer service 10/10. Which is needed for me bc I have no idea what I’m doing so I need all the support and they are always so easy yo reach.

We have been using Smile on multiple stores that we run and they have been amazing. Customer support has also been spot on. When it comes to "apps" it is VERY hit and miss. Dealing with Smile is completely "hit". Have no worries, they will treat you well and the software will function exactly as expected.

Easy setup, easy to use, functional and with excellent customer service. Highly recommend Smile to any online business with a rewards programme.

Recently Installed the app and had lots of questions to ask to customer support. I was helped out by Maria who answered all my questions in great detail and provided me all the information I required. 5 Star Service.

Just getting started with it but it looks great and customer service is awesome. That's all I need. Try it out and if you need help, Jade is dope and patient.

Too expensive for small businesses. If the price could be lowered. I am willing to pay for more features.

I am loving the app so far. Transferred from Stamped IO and a huge difference in performance and customer service. I was able to xfer all of my customers points and any assistance I needed the team was available in the chat. So far so great!

It's great to use, and easy integrate with Shopify POS. However, since we just transferred the POS system from another system to Shopify. The customers who were transferred became guests on the app, so they can't redeem the points they earned in the old system until they make the first purchase with Shopify POS OR create an online account before making any purchase. *The team is working on this issue. Overall, it's still a great app to use, and the customer service was professional and patient.

Its barely good enough considering it is free. There are issues with finding customers. The search is difficult and will only find exact, full matches. You cant just search by a first or last name. you have to have both. The price offerings go from free to $50 to $200 a month. Which they need a lower cost option with features I could actually use. most of the feature even at the premium package just aren't useful.

Decent features on the basic plan, but the main selling point is the customer service which is very helpful and responsive.

Great app! Easy to implement and customize referral and loyalty program. The free plan is a good place to start and, once the program gets traction, the monthly fees are affordable. Highly recommend!
