Smile has made it dead-simple to get rolling with a fully-automated loyalty program. Service through the in-app chat function has been stellar as well! (thanks Maria and Christian)

They've kept it simple and understandable, but as you dive in you understand that they also are insanely powerful. What adds to the experience is the feeling that they really got your back through the support content and a knowledgeable and empowered customer support team. We're growing our customer loyalty like crazy with Smile. Only thing on our wishlist is better multilingual support.

Smile provides one of the best customer services in the game. Loved the speed of troubleshooting and hand holding by Christian.

Overall their rewards system is working great for us. It's convenient and easy for our customers to understand. Whenever we encountered issues like points not reflecting, or customers not being able to log in, their customer support team is very responsive and helpful. They'll figure out what's wrong, will let you know what happened, and will fix it. Happy with our subscription!
