Great app for loyalty rewards for customers, lots of customization options, easy to use and excellent customer service.

Smile is working well for us so far, and a big part of my rating because their support team is very responsive. If one team member isn't online then another will tag in to fill in the gaps, which is much appreciated! Thanks Smile team for your work!

Has really helped improve the loyalty of our customer base and ensure they are transacting with us on a more frequent basis. The customer service is top notch also!

We recently moved from Square to Shopify. Smile was the best option for us to move our loyalty to. Easy to use and customer support has been great!

I think that my store will be more popular now that we have this program. I look forward to using it.

Many cool features to utilize! I look forward to using the upgraded features as I grow my customer base, but for now I am using the free plan which already offers a lot to get started with building existing customers' loyalty! Customer service is also very kind and helpful. Shout out to Hannah :)

Just moved to the Smile app from another Loyalty Rewards app and couldnt be happier with my decision. I needed some help importing customer points from the other app and they had it sorted within minutes for me. Super responsive and helpful and the app itself is super user friendly and looks great. Thanks Smile team! :)

So far it looks like a super nice app. However, I hope that in the very near future they can make a language option in Danish so my customers can read everything in Danish

So far these guys have been great - a really simple system, but any questions I have had have been answered quickly, clearly and they have been so friendly. I have never felt like a nuisance, just left the support chats much clearer with what I need to do. Thank you!
