Love the app and their support is super fast. Every time I have a question, they reply on the same day or the day after. It's amazing!

We have had a good experience with it so far, and the customer service is quick and helpful! Just one small glitch with getting every rewards member their sign up points when using the new customer account in Shopify. Other than that it works great.

I have been looking into a loyalty app for some time, and after fair bit of research, have settled on Smile. It ticks every box we need, and whilst not cheap, it seems to offer better value than much of the competition. On top of that it seems pretty straightforward to use, and the staff I have dealt with have been super helpful and patient.

We have only been using the app for a few days, but we are quite happy with it. The set up was easy and the ability to customize the branding is fantastic, even down to small details like padding the launch icon. The customer service is spot-on. They were friendly, quick to respond, and adept at fixing any issues we had. Thank you Nicole!

This app is so great and have a very friendly user-interface which separates this app from their competitors. Customer Support is also very good.

Initially the app was not getting properly installed, we were getting an error msg. Requested for tech support and received timely help. It was due to Smile's bad server on that day causing the issue. We reinstalled and its working fine. Thanks !

Hannah was really helpful and quick with her responses! It really helped me to understand more about the app and its functions.

Guys, i use your app for my spanish eshop...it is amazing.. BUT... i need to have Italy language available ... UPDATE: Please any schedule time when i can expect italy language? is it possible??

I've used the customer support team a few times and they have been so helpful at answering my questions. They are quick to respond and very pleasant. I love this rewards system. It's easy to understand and set up. It's also easy to have customers redeem the points within the Shopify POS. I definitely recommend this rewards system.
