Smil.io is on time chat for everywhere , also very Good support.

So far we are really loving this app and its user-friendly interface. Plus it's a huge bonus to have amazing customer support. The staff was super quick and efficient in answering some of our questions when we were first starting to get set up. :)

Smile.io is one of the best app I've used in Shopify. The option is immense, in my humble opinion, while the UI / layout in simple and easy to configure. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a customer reward / point system.
