We have used this review since setting up our online store 3 years ago. At this point we will be looking at changing our loyalty point program. Anything less than Pro is not worth the money, and the subscription fees are out of control. We are frustrated with the lack of features in any payment plan other than Pro. We would happily pay a reasonable subscription fee for the app, but the Pro is an insane amount of money to pay for a mid-sized business, and the features in Starter or Growth are not worth it. I would recommend against other small/medium sized businesses using this app. I am glad the developers have found success with enterprise level businesses but they do not care or cater to anyone else.

Joshua provided exceptional service and assistance with an e-Smile. Answered my questions super quick and was extremely helpful.

This app has helped us to really give back to our customers in a seamless and efficient way. The sync to Klaviyo has aided us in communicating with our members and potential members in ways that help to drive sales. The sync between Shopify POS and our Shopify ecommerce store is great for allowing customers to earn in both places. Would love if all of the discounts available to loyalty members on the Shopify ecommerce platform be available to them on the Shopify POS system as well.

Creating a loyalty program that could easily be set up and beneficial for our customers was key. We have a large audience and wanted to make sure that integrating Smile would be a smooth transition. I had lots, I mean a TON of questions. Although I didn't have a direct contact, I consistently heard back from Larry, who was always extremely through, patient, and made sure my questions were answered. We had a few delays in launching the program and Joshua quickly jumped in to help with more questions. We launched the program with over 150,000 customers almost seamlessly, the only concerns/problems were due to user error, but were really easy to walk the customer through. I would recommend Smile.io for your rewards and loyalty program.

We use SMILE and it has worked very smoothly. The tech support has also been very helpful when we run into any issues.

One of the best customer service that I have received when contacting an app for support. Also is very intuitive and have a friendly UX dashboard.

Early days with using this app but the customer service, integration and interface have been superb. Used many, many plug ins in my time and somethings always difficult/a bit clunky. Yet to find any issues.

Nicole was amazing. Super patient and helpful and answered all of my questions! She was very clear in her instructions and made the troubleshooting process seamless.

I downloaded Smile a few weeks ago and it has already helped generate sales. When I had a question, they're team was more than happy to jump in and help.

I had a small issue with uploading my customers previous points from my last rewards app. I hit Chat and Nicole helped me quickly figure out the problem. She told me exactly what to do to fix the problem and it worked. I successfully uploaded all my customers previously earned points, and I'm excited to set up the rest and see what Smile has to offer. It's great to know there's expert (human) help when you need it. Great so far!

I love how quickly customer support responded to my chat question and resolved my problem on the spot. I've been using Smile for a little while to build up customer loyalty and so far I love rewarding them with discounts instead of always doing big sales. It makes them feel more special and encourages repeat orders and referrals. Wish they would include "free gift" redemption on the free plan though. But other than that, new start-ups is lucky to have these apps boost their brand at the beginning stages. Keep it up Smile Team!

The best rewards app I have found for Shopify and the customer support is great. Highly recommended.
