Fantastic app with with a support team that's there to help you be successful. Thanks to Nicole, we were able to find a solution to save the company on monthly costs while still being able to get all of the features we needed! Great way for customer to redeem loyalty points

I SUPER recommend Smile's Rewards app! They have THE BEST support staff and the program has totally incentivized my customers to come shop again. LOVE IT!!!

I love Smile.io. Several customers have already redeemed points. The interface is user friendly and pleasing to the eye. And their customer service is friendly and knowledgeable.

A lot better an app from 2 years ago. Searching customers has improved tremendously. App seems to run smooth on our site without glitches. Still wish there was more customization capabilities. With Shopify 2.0 template, they only recently added widgets, but those don't allow too much customization. There is still no way to display customer points conveniently for customers. It would be nice to show in the header of your site so customers are reminded of their points. Overall improved but still room for more.

Extremely happy with the smile program. Tons of features and controls to customize the program to fit our brand. It is very easy to figure out how to setup everything the way we want it. Support is always a chat away and very quick to respond.

So far every time we contact customer service for questions, the agents have been super helpful. Jade was the most recent agent who helped, she was able to look into a customers account and help us give them their points back. The help is always prompt, and easy to understand.

They have great support, easy to use. Very helpful. Had a question, answered right away, and once you get it set up you're golden.

Easy to use for us being the retailer and for our customers too. Great help desk for if you ever need it.

visually appealing and easy to navigate back end, and Lisa is a great rep who followed up after I stopped responding so we could touch base the following day.

So Far so good, just added it today. Easy set up, had one or two questions and Jade from customer service answered my questions and I was up and operating in no time flat.

Jade was so kind to work with and helped me get my customer's points fixed. Quick, easy, and knowledgeable!

I am only on the FREE version, and I love it. I got to get some traffic before upgrading to the full deal.

I've been using Smile for a while now and really loved how easy it was to implement. I needed to speak to support today about an issue I was having that I thought was on their end. The error I was getting was not directly related to the app, but support was wonderful in helping me troubleshoot. They were also very quick to respond.

I had some questions and Lisa from the chat bubble was able to walk me through it and give me many options of how to do what I was trying to do. Thanks Lisa!
