Easy to use and setup. Big jump in price from free to 1st level but it would be handy to add customisation to the emails in free subscription.

I have noticed that Smile application management/support is professional and works really hard to offer good customer service. The application is reliable, relatively easy to use and not very expensive. And, using it can make your brand stand out.

Jade was so helpful! We were having issues importing codes and she was brilliant and sorted it all out for us. Honestly, it is rare to actually speak to someone on a live chat who can assist as easily as Jade did. She is a real credit to Smile and we hope to speak to her again in the future if we need help! Thank you Jade! You deserve a HUGE pay rise! :)

We've used Smile for a fair few years now and can only say good things the app itself and the support provided. Many new features coming which look great. Fantastic that they are not resting on their laurels. The support I have received for any of my queries has been second to none. It's hard to give 5 stars when I just barely signed up and haven't had much time to implement the app, BUT I received some very helpful support from an agent on smile.io.com that I would rate 5 stars.

We have been using this app for years and we love it. It is clean, simple and user friendly for us, and for our customers. Whenever I have questions in implementing something new Smile support is amazing - everyone I have dealt with over the years has been so helpful, friendly and quick to resolve our problems! I was just able to add Smile reward redemption to Shopify's new checkout extensibility thanks to Hannah and Jade - this is a fantastic addition to an already amazing app! Thank you for your support.
