I love the Smile Loyalty and Rewards app. I worked personally with Karen, Joana, and Hannah, who were all individually helpful, friendly, quick to respond, and great in their expertise within the business. They helped me set up a wonderful program that my customers will love and feel absolutely spoiled. :) But most importantly, one that I could feel confident in, knowing that it will work alongside me on autopilot to grow an awesome wood and resin jewelry boutique for women who define their own beauty!

Works with our web store and Shopify POS seamlessly, when not much else does. Integrated with our Stamped.io product reviews so we can reward customers who leave reviews.

Great app, does everything it is supposed to. Encourages more sales!

I received assistance very quickly and Jade even followed up with an email that had all the links and info I was looking for to assist a customer. This app is great for our small business and it's so nice to talk to a real human.

Everything is working as I wanted it to even on a free version which is rare for website apps like this. Jade was very helpful and guided me to get the settings just right :)

Great platform and great customer service. Had a great refresher call with Nicole today because we've been a customer since 2019. Some great new features.

Very new to the app but so far, so good. Customer support is excellent. Excited to see this app increase my customers LTV.

Update, Thank you to Smile for being flexible and working with small business. *Like many other small businesses here, we're looking for an alternative after the huge price hike. We're not using any of the features of the highest tier plan except the points.*

We researched several Apps to add a Loyalty program for our retail and eCommerce customers a few months ago. It was easy to integrate with Shopify. We did run into a few issues with customers using points to pay, and although SMILE & Shopify will need to resolve the conflict, David offered us a manual work-around as a possible temporary solution. Although we decided this wasn't for us, his extra work was very much appreciated. And recently we had an issue with upgrading, and David once again offered us a solution that was helpful and demonstrated SMILE's desire to work with all types of vendors, small & big. I would highly recommend this App to anyone...............Lydia

Smile is a great app for rewards! We recently upgraded our plan and had a minor issue that came up when switching over. Lisa from chat support was super quick to answer our questions and get everything going successfully. Highly recommend!
