The customer service is outstanding, I talked to a woman named Hannah and she fixed all my problems and questions and walked me through everything.

We have used Smile for the last few years and have found it an intuitive rewards platform - some of the features are a little basic in comparison to other rewards platforms however overall is great value for money. I had a meeting with Hannah on optimising our program and was happy with her attentiveness and suggestions. Thank you Hannah.

Smile is very simple to start and implement, however, the free level will not last as long as you think and the next tier is quite a jump in price monthly. An in between or lower monthly cost would be desireable.

Super simple to use, the free plan is so robust! we have a great reorder rate thanks to smile and the rewards program we have implemented.
