5 star customer service. Lisa was able to quickly answer my question and confirmed my suspicion. 3 stars because smile.io does not currently offer a way to exclude a collection from point redemption. The solution is clunky - create a collection that does not include those items. That works but is not ideal

Programme works very nicely, easy to use and administer. Support has been quite good which helps when you have a quick question.

We have used this app from the beginning. It is very good. The customer service support is excellent. Jade helped me in particular and got several things solved with great patience. I do wish we could customize fonts in the emails and messaging so that it would look completely branded. I hear they are working on that.
