The app sent a prompt asking for a review so I obliged. This app is HORENDOUSLY priced. Yes, there are other options you can use for your store and pay WAY less which I do but I am so disgusted by the sheer audacity of the creators to charge what they do for the most basic of things. There are 3 plans - One for $49 a month, one for $200 a month...Yes, TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS every single MONTH and the last one for $600 monthly. Their free plan is simple and will be enough to get you started with a loyalty program. You won't be able to customize anything about it or add any of your own branding but it will be enough to get going.

Love everything about this app! It’s a great addition to my store and my customers love receiving points and rewards.

When I reached out to Smile using their easy, and very easy to find, chat function, Jade was very responsive and helpful. They were able to provide screenshots and very easy to follow directions to help with my needs. I truly appreciate their help and will be using this function in the future due to the expedited response time. I also appreciate their efforts to make me smile and laugh on this Friday morning! This app allows us to easily set up a customer loyalty reward system. Setup was straight forward and everything just works well.

Just launched our program and had some minor hitches, but Lisa from Smile support was able to give us a bunch of information to help us!

Customer service is speedy and very helpful. My customers seem to like having these rewards. It all happens without me having to do a thing!

Absolutely fantastic. We moved over to Smile after our previous loyalty app didn't offer the features we wanted without having to pay a lot more for an upgrade. So far we've found the transition seamless, set up very comprehensive, and overall a much better app (and saving us money) - just wish we'd used it from the beginning! Customer service also brilliant - Joshua was a pleasure to speak to and resolved our query very quickly. Overall very impressed and highly recommend.

I'd be lost without Shopify. Since the launch of my business two years ago I've been using and loving shopify. I found the website really easy to use and the functions are great. Happy customer, would recommend!
