We have used Smile for over 2 years now. They have been most supportive and have helped answered all our questions throughout the years. From onboarding us to the odd issues we experienced, Smile was always there to solve them quickly and effectively. Great product that has helped us grown our business and nurture our customers.

I've reached out to customer support a few times today with the smallest of questions and got treated like royalty. So impressed.

Excellent application to increase your sales. Winning is always a good start for people and to feel the love we have to offer them.

The app is pretty great, customers seem more enticed to buy. However the plan pricing is INSANE, well for a small business. What they offer for each plan is not worth the cost. $50 to $500 A MONTH? for just a "vip program". Might be switching to a new app that is worth the cost.

Excellent app for our shopify store, customer service has been top class, quick and easy to use, and the support team answered all my questions, I can highly recommend.

I am leaving a 1-star review due to the extremely poor level of customer support that Smile offers. Unlike other apps, the Smile support team will try to help with the least possible effort, and will never actually be willing to login to a Shopify store to assist with the app's implementation or code (i.e. through a collaborator link or staff account login). All the support team will do is send you one of their trained reply templates to provide a help article. We wanted to show the Smile launcher on only one page of our website, but were told that this was not possible. We would have to 'exclude' every single page on our website to be able to do this. There is no option in the app to only 'include' certain URLs to display the launcher. This is not helpful at all. Additionally, we found through the support team that certain features of the Smile app are only available to people depending on when the account was created. For example, they currently offer different ways the launcher can be displayed on mobile - but only for new accounts. Because we have an older account, the team refuses to give this option to us. This is extremely bizarre and not logical at all. Seriously Smile - for the amount that you charge merchants to use your program, you really need to improve your customer support and allow more customization for merchants.

Customers love being rewarded for their loyalty! Very easy to use and will integrate with other apps on Shopify!

I have a new site and added the Smile rewards program. I am amazed how easy it is to use, and how seamless it works on both desktop and mobile. I am excited to dig into this app further in the coming weeks.

so far it's pretty good. A bit pricey for further customization but even with the free option you can have a very functional rewards program.

App was simple to install and works well, I use both referrals and rewards programmes which add to my sales. Very few cases of cheating and support was been quick and efficient anytime I had to ask questions.

The support team is great. I had an issue. They helped me resolve it in less than 24 hours. I am happy with the service.

very good easy install app, but the problem is that it cost so SO much , you need to spend $200 for one of the app while free or $50 package is useless, i used it for 3 months, and can tell you that even $50 package is not effective. so you need to consider for a package for $200 only, so i will look for alternatives now. because it will never generate so much to cover $200 product cost. maybe some big companies can afford it. If you re a small company be ready to wait for 2-3 months to see any results and pay $200 / month so it will never generate as much as you expected to cover the monthly cost. So i recommend to avoid this App grow for at least 5k in net profit per month and then consider to install it.

Love the app! Easy to use. Set it and forget it. Any issue that did pop up, customer service was on it.

The app sent a prompt asking for a review so I obliged. This app is HORENDOUSLY priced. Yes, there are other options you can use for your store and pay WAY less which I do but I am so disgusted by the sheer audacity of the creators to charge what they do for the most basic of things. There are 3 plans - One for $49 a month, one for $200 a month...Yes, TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS every single MONTH and the last one for $600 monthly. Their free plan is simple and will be enough to get you started with a loyalty program. You won't be able to customize anything about it or add any of your own branding but it will be enough to get going.
