Great app and support.

We've been using Smile for months and the program has been a great compliment to our customer loyalty offerings. Support is usually very prompt and helpful. The app interface requires a small learning curve, but easy once you're set up. Would happily recommend to others!

An excellent loyalty management app, customer service is prompt and proactively addresses customer issues, very good!

Smile.io has helped us create our custom rewards program and grow our returning customer base. The platform is easy to manage, which has allowed us to be flexible and versatile with what we do within the program.

im new here so i don't know yet about the app im testing it already !! but this review is only for joana!! and im writing it from the bottom of my heart!! she is an intelligent smart person and she really works conscientiously!! while i was working to learn more about this app with her help!! she was checking my website and notified me about some links were not working on my website!! people with this alertness, precision and good work are hard to find! she just made me love this app by contacting her she was teaching me about this app with screen videos made by her as well,, i wish every manager had someone like joanna, and with her mindset! Never lose her and i wish she gets promoted as well !! she deserves it!

****UPDATED REVIEW**** Smile reached out and their response was so kind and adaptable! They worked with me to find a solution and I really appreciated the level of personalized customer service they provided. They actually read my review and approached me with a potential solution to my problem. Also, I'm shocked that they approached me with a solution to my problem within less than 24 hours of my review! We have been using the free version of Smile for our online store for years. I'm super disappointed about the changes to paid for 200 orders. Our in store customers, do not use Smile since it's primarily tourists and we don't have time to deal with customer data when we have long lines. With the current change, I would now need to pay over $200 a month. Our online orders are typically range between 30-100, while we have 2000-5000 a month in store where I don't use a rewards program. I'm now forced to find a different program that's more affordable because I can't imagine paying $1200+ a year for how little we actually use this program.

We're going on several years of Smile.io use and we've loved the platform. It integrates nicely with our tech stack and has a really clean interface. We've had very few issues but when anything pops up the customer service is so quick to help and resolve. We love it, and our customers love the loyalty program - definitely recommend!

Smile rewards has been a great addition for my customers for years now. Customer support was also super helpful! We had an issue where the code was disconnected and not showing the launcher. Angie on the CS team responded and fixed it so quickly. Thanks!
