The Smile team was great in helping us select a plan that best meets the needs of our company while still being cost effective. They were also very quick to respond when we had an issue with the Smile app and providing instructions and support to help us fix the issue. Wonderful customer support!

Been using Smile for years and never had an issue. The reward program works faultlessly, their pricing could be a little friendlier though as they hold back features unless you want to pay a lot more. 9/10

First, customer service has been fantastic. They're very responsive on chat and have helped us navigate setup and adjustments. It's been working with no issues and the tool is easy to use. They also helped us with a price break as a nonprofit!

does what it says on the tin. I wish the integration with Okendo was a bit more extensive but overall we re happy with Smile

Smile is an easy to use rewards app, and they integrate with the subscription system we use. Integrates easily, which is especially useful when just starting out. Customer service (David specifically!) is really helpful and answers quickly. Would recommend, especially for small businesses.

We've been using smile for about 6 months and have recently decided to go for the growth plan. The team at smile have been really helpful and provided prompt assistance along the way.

We have had Smile for a few weeks now and are loving it! I've been wanting to get a rewards program for awhile but I was so nervous because I wasn't sure I could get it set-up on my own. I'm not super tech-savvy BUT I'm here to say, if I can do it - you can do it! Special shout-out to Brandon for helping me get set-up and explaining the features to me. He went above and beyond to help me out and I'm so grateful! He even followed up with me to make sure I was good after I left that chat. That meant so much!
