This loyalty and rewards app is very user friendly. Customer service is great and fast! Nicole has helped me with questions to set up our website's loyalty and rewards for our website and POS.

Its a brilliant app, been using this loyalty app for 3 years.. However after this update they made, they removed alot of settings and features from the free plan. Now i can't change and edit my settings, i literally have to fork out 50 usd just to change a few settings. What a bunch of greedy devs.

So excited to get this loyalty program working for us! Jade was awesome and made the set up quick and easy to understand.

So far so good. Easy to install (bear in mind there's a 15-minute delay before your changes appear on Shopify store), customer service was prompt and helpful.

Smile has been pretty seamless to set up and when I experienced a little issue, the customer service was outstanding. Joana went out of her way to step me through a solution and then fixed another problem on my site without me needing to log a separate case with Shopify or my Theme developer. I'm early into my journey using Smile but, so far, I'm really impressed by its service. Happy to recommend Smile!
