Fast, friendly and even made me laugh all while getting A+ support. Thanks a lot Team Smile for quick service.

Good value for money and support have been very responsive to my questions and have created mini-video tutorials for specific issues. The functionality is B2C focussed and we run a B2B business, hence I'm not able to give 5 stars as some configuration options that would be useful aren't currently available.

Love the app, and so do our customers! Also kudos to their team for being so great to work with. Im always worried working with apps that I won't get customized support, but these guys are responsive and fast! I'm looking at you David! Thanks for the help!

Had a negative experience first , then Nicole from customer service helped us sort everything out and get the best out of our App. Smile.io have allowed our retail location to collect and retain more customers and allow for an enjoyable experience for our customers.

David was very helpful. Quick and concise, gave me the answers I needed and in a timely manner. He even went out of his way to give me information and data I requested so I could decide on the right plan.

Smile.io is one of the best app I've used in Shopify. The option is immense, in my humble opinion, while the UI / layout in simple and easy to configure. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a customer reward / point system.

I like this idea and easy yo use that application as a software developer, of course I will suggest everyone I know.
